« The parking was great but the property is in serious need of a renovation. It is obviously neglected and falling apart. The first room we were assigned had a badly stained bedskirt the carpet was stained and frayed and there was no phone and the TV did not work. The tub was rusted out by the drain and the undermounted sink was hanging off the countertop. The shower rod was broken. All the doors had stains and watermarks.

« Great location, but the building is delapidated and the lobby and room smelled--maybe it was the VERY old carpet. Just very unkempt building and as we left, we noticed the room across from ours had a hand-installed steel flap with a dial lock clamped on it. Creepy. Tripped on the torn hallway rug that led to the elevator buttons that wouldn't light or chime. Unfortunate. »
