ah, the freedom. I was on a 5 day road trek from Washington, D.C. to drop my son off to college, going through blue ridge parkway, dragons tail, natchez trace parkway going home to Austin. I happened to stay overnight at this park in my rental car. I got up and saw the amazing sunrise. so there!

At first glance we were happy since the place is nice and clean INSIDE. Will sleep 3 comfortably, if one of those people is a child. Definitely not 4. We could not sleep. The hotel is all on the ground floor. Our room was close to the ice machine which proved to be a disaster as there was a lot of noise both late at night (till past midnight) and very early in the morning (from 4:30).
