Christmas Market visit
An excellent location to visit the Cologne Christmas Markets. The hotel was clean, has good amenities and has very friendly staff.

Wir waren für 2 Tage vor Ort wegen einem Konzert. Hotel ist ein Mittelklassehotel schon älter aber sehr suber und es ist alle da was man braucht.

Very friendly! Great getaway! Wifi was too weak to use, but everything was clean and we had everything we needed.

Does not look like the photos
Clean with comfortable beds but the breakfast not worth the price. Better to stay more centrally and pay virtually the same without the daily cost of travel.

Nettes Kleines Hotel mit Familien Charakter :D
Der Aufenthalt war sehr Angenehm und die Eigentümer des Hotels waren sehr nett und freundlich macht alles einen Familiären Eindruck. Wir haben uns sehr wohl Gefühlt das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und Ausreichend alles Super.

Hotel semplice, ben collegato al centro a buon pre
Hotel a gestione familiare, la reception è aperta solo in alcuni periodi della giornata, e quindi bisogna rivolgersi al ristorante/pub della struttura. Nonostante la presenza del pub silenzioso, in zona tranquilla e ben collegata al centro tramite la linea 18. La nostra camera tripla era pulita, ampia e comoda con anche un frigo. Bottiglia di acqua e caramelle all'arrivo. Insomma 3 stelle le meriterebbe tutte.

Hotel steht die Front sehr verkehrsreichen Straße, so können wir nicht sehr gut schlafen. Plus, hat alte Gebäude nicht gut Schallschutz. Wir hatten nicht genug Toilettenpapier am ersten Tag, so dass wir fragten uns, einen zu geben. Die erste Antwort ist einfach warten, bis die Reinigungszeit.Wie können wir die Toilette ohne Toilettenpapier? so bestehen wir auf eine zu geben.Wir haben zwei Nächte, so dass wir voraussichtlich am nächsten Morgen unser Zimmer sauber, aber niemand unser Zimmer sauber überhaupt. Person an der Rezeption ist nur bis 05.00 Uhr bleiben, danach können wir nichts fragen.Das ist Unsere Erfahrung.

Hallo Hotel SCHÜTZE; Unser Aufenthalt in Ihrer Gegend war angenehm, nur der Autoverkehr hat unsern Schlaf etwas gestört, ausserdem hatten wir eine sehr gute Verbindung in unser gewünschtes Phantasialand, das war eigentlich alles was unser Plan benötigt hatte;

Ok for the money. People are helpful
Ok for the money but cologne is warm in the summer if travelling from the UK, so I found sleeping a slight challenge without air con. If that doesn't bother you however then fine. There is a fan and a fridge in the rooms, so you can pick things up at the local supermarket and eat cheap and heathy for breakfast. In a nice area which felt safe and not far from the tram station which is about a 20 minute ride or 10 stops to the centre of cologne.

Sehr ruhige Gegend, dennoch innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Sauberes, gut eingerichtetes Zimmer.

Drei Tage in Köln...
die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet und sauber.der Service ist sehr gut und das Personal hilf wo es kann und versucht Wünsche zuerfüllen.Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Köln aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in 20 Minuten in der Kölner Innenstadt.Es sind auch Hauseigene Parkplätze vorhanden.Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend im Angebot.Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort einchecken wenn ich mal wieder nach Köln fahre.Preis/Leistung ist total in Ordnung.

Great Place to Stay
The Hotel is a traditional German set up, and the room was very decorative. It was not that far from Downtown Koln, and the Staff was great!!!!
