„Our room was not the best. We had street view without a balcony, the bathroom shower didnt drain properly, and their wasn't a clothes line in the shower, so we had to hang our wet clothes on the back of a chair. Nolberto the bellhop, Gloria dining manager, Jorge and Fausto the pool guys were all AWESOME and made the stay enjoyable, so much so that we could iverlook the minor issues. However check out they said was 11:00 but the confirmation email stated it was 12:00. “

„Staff were great and very helpful. We were able to check our bags in a few days early which was greatly appreciated. Rooftop pool was perfect. Breakfast A+ quality. Location is perfect, right on the beach. The man working the desk in the evenings was one of the coolest guys ever. Would stay at again 100%“

„I really enjoyed my visit here! Located only 4 blocks away from
the ocean, Mocali Hotel provides mas-o-menos quite rooms, many of which have a balcony. Also the hotel is not in the area of the big hotel towers, which was also an advantage for us!“

„Hotelzimmer war schön, sauber & geräumig. Die Lage ist optimal (nah zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants), nur die laute vorbeiführende Straße stört. Selbst Zimmer (allerdings 1.Etage) am weitesten von der Straße entfernt hat daran nicht geändert. kein eigener Strandzugang-mit Hotelarmband gewährt aber das Nachbarhotel Zugang. Anfrage nach Zimmer in oberer Etage wurde leider nicht realisiert.
Leider schlechte Erfahrung mit Taxi, welches beim Hotel bei Abreise angefragt wurde. Der ...
