« House was very nice and very private. The location is tucked away from Colonial Beach, but just a short drive away for a visit. The kayaks and the water were a favorite for my kids. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with all of the tools we needed and that was a very nice touch. It was easy to get settled and provided plenty of space for our family. »

« My trip couldn’t have been better. This house is adorable. The way it’s decorated is spot on. The beds were comfortable. There is a huge TV in the dining room which you watch also from the family room. I mean they have a little story post about how this was their grandparents house and how they fixed it up and it’s so true like it reminds me of my grandparents house you know and they said there could be some little issues here and there, but I mean, unless you’re really picky they didn’t bother...

« The space was clean, inviting, and easy to find. We stayed on a particularly hot weekend and were pleased with the level of cooling we got from the AC! The outdoor shower and hose were great for rinsing off with cool water after visiting the river. The beach is just a couple minutes' walk away and was quiet and pleasant. A lovely stay, would definitely stay again! »

« Property is exactly as described. We had a great week fishing and crabbing on the dock and even on the 2 days it rained, the house was so comfortable for chilling and watching movies. This house was well stocked with everything you would need. We forgot our Old Bay for the crabs but there was some already for us! Kelly and Thomas responded quickly to a couple of questions we had and made check in and out simple. My only suggestion would be to put window treatments on the windows in the...
