    We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



    Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

    ~We require a refundable hold of $500 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $20 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.

    ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

    ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



    AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.



    NO SMOKING.



    Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



    Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, front yard, and backyard fence facing the gate entry for safety and security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.



    Dog Policy: This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $75 per week. All dogs must be approved prior to check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals, for which no fees apply.



    Reminders About the Property

    -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.

    -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

    -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
