Everything was readily available for us and the location put us on the highway and close to all the attractions we hoped to see. The directions were clear about arrival and departure so that made it smooth to unload and get in when we arrived. After driving 900 miles, it was great to not have any hassles when we got there.

This was a perfect house for our family of 5 adults! It was clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy and space for everyone. The living room was large enough for us all to gather and relax. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of basic utensils and cookware. We were able to cook together and enjoy meals as a family without feeling cramped. The location was central to all the attractions. We were just minutes from beautiful places to hike, restaurants and shopping. The hosts were easy to communicate with and even checked in with us after our first night to make sure we were comfortable. This is definitely a home I would recommend to family and friends who plan to visit the area.

Perfect Getaway!

My family and I absolutely loved this place. The house was just as described. It was very clean and roomy. Check in was a breeze and communication was excellent. Definitely plan on staying there again on our next trip to Colorado.

Great Weekend Stay

We were 6 family meeting up for a weekend getaway. The location was great - convenient to everything. The house was clean and entry was easy. Communications were clear and timely. Recommend for whenever you are visiting the Springs.

Quiet area, but parking a bit challenging

Overall, a great neighborhood. Was quiet enough that we had a good nights sleep.Appreciated to constant communication with the management.Our only concerns were from the night we arrived, someone (manager, other tenant?) Was IN the house as we arrived. I have never been to a place were someone else was in my room. I hope this can be addressed. We arrived late due to getting things setup for our show and the last thing we expect to see is someone sitting in the living room.Other concern (and this is something everyone will feel differently about), being a little older, the master ved was really high. Even at 5'10, i had to hop a bit to get into it. Wife (5'6) we almost need a step stool! Maybe consider a slightly smaller box spring. Already have back issues, so it was not really comfortable getting into/out of. But again, some people like higher, others lower, really a personal preference.Overall, it was a good weekend and having family all together saved us having to go out and eat, but lots of time to spend together.

Convenient Colorado Springs

Property was just as expected! Clean and comfortable. We needed access to Olympic rink and was perfect distance. The pots and pans are getting some wear but we were able to make do for 3 nights/3 adults. Thanks!

Great location. Quick access to highways and local food/stores.Management team was ultra friendly and responsive, plus clear in their instructions.The neighborhood was quiet, but had a nice opek green area for the kids to run around.

Colorado Springs meet-up.

It was a short, two-night stay, but very comfortable for 4 adults, each wanting our own sleeping space. Big kitchen and living room and the 2 + 1/2 baths were perfect for 4 women. Clean and convenient location for our visit to Garden of the Gods and an evening at Cosmo's Magic Theater. Would stay there again.

Weekend getaway with friends

What started as a family trip to see Manitou, quicky turned into a friend trip when they found out we were coming. The accommodations we were great and convenient. Everything was fully stocked and worked properly. The property manager was responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. I had never been to Colorado so this made my first trip great!!

Great place for family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Place was very spacious and clean for our family of 5. Location was great to get to everything we wanted to do. Only recommendation would be to replace the upstairs carpet with vinyl or tile and add a tv to the master bedroom :)

Just what we needed!

The property was clean and well kept. Quiet neighborhood. A safe location and parking in the garage was a bonus! The property manager was immediately responsive to my first call / question. A great location for getting around COS. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Stay

It was super easy to check in. We were a bit confused as to which unit we were suppose to be at and when we called they quickly explained to us the correct info. So easily to get it sorted and get in to the house. House was spacious, hot water easily accommodated 4 of us taking hot showers and baths! Spacious garage parking right at the unit! Convenient location. 15-20 min drive for everything we did during our weekend stay! Highly recommend staying here!

The condo was a great location, kitchen was great and grounds around it was great. Carpet was worn and dirty but really the worst were the old mattresses and pillows. For as lovely a place they need to get new mattresses and bedding, that’s the lasting memory.

Super clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and loved the neighborhood. Nice and quiet with a great view of the mountains when you go outside. The house was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.
