We did like the pond that was close enough so the kids could throw bread of the balcony and feed them. We did not like the fact that the side parking lot was not lighted, light poles were there but were not functioning, the path to the room was lighted. We did not like that the sliding door in the room had no weather strip between the stationary side and the functioning side, the panes were large enough to be flexible enough so i could get my hand between them and there was no lock on the door itself, there was a piece of wood laid in the track for securing the door. This was on the ground floor, we moved to the second floor and found the same issues. Rotting/decayed wood on the exterior, room smelled of burnt coffee... the room/bathroom were clean. Won't stay there again even for the price.

Not bad at first sight, but service was horrible. Front desk staff were rarely available when needed
False advertising. Pictures were VERY deceiving. Pool not open at all during our stay, mid July!! Our bathroom at one point during our stay smelled like raw sewage. Housekeeping was only offered every other day and we had to call to even get that scheduled, and when they did come it looked like they just made our bed, not changed the sheets. I dunno, maybe overthinking, but we will definitely pay more next time to stay elsewhere.

En rigtig dårlig oplevelse
Dagen før vi ankom var Ramadaskiltet pillet ned. Hotellet er solgt og skal bruges til rehabilitering for alkoholikere. Værelset var rent, men meget nedslidt. Vi skulle være der i to dage, og da vi havde forudbetalt, tog vi værelset til trods for vores lokale venners advarsel. Vi var nok nogle af de sidste gæster på dette enorme motel, som var lidt spøgelsesagtigt. Vi fik heller ikke gjort rent eller fyldt kaffe op til dag to, da vi kom tilbage om aftenen kl. 21, var låsen skiftet ud i vores værelse, og der var en besked om at hente et nyt nøglekort på et værelse hos en ansat i en fjern ende af motellet, som vi havde svært ved at finde gennem mørke gange. Der var ingen i receptionen. Mens værelset var rent, var omgivelserne fyldt med skrald, og en enkelt sprøjte. Man kunne godt se, det har været et pænt motel med god beliggenhed, men det er det ikke mere. Jeg er skuffet over, at hotels.com ikke gav os besked om, at hotellet var ved at lukke, så vi kunne have ombooket uden ekstra udgift.. Den sidste nat var der kun en bil mere på parkeringspladsen, og næste dag, da vi skulle tjekke ud, stod der "vi har lukket" på døren til receptionen.Jeg fik dog afleveret nøglerne. men igen, jeg er skuffet over, at hotels.com ville lægge navn til dette motel.

Not good very dirty !!!

At one time I am sure that this was a nice place, but it was apparent that the facilities had not been properly maintained. Leaky bathtub facet, loose sink facet, holes in walls, carpet that was old and needed to be stretched and very understaffed for check in. The lady that was on was extremely patient and nice, but the check in procedures were very archaic compared to other places.

Toilet was dirty when we checked in. Ironing board was broken. I am an electrician and found three electrical violations in just our room alone.

Ramada ruined our neighborhood inn
I live in this area and booked this hotel for one night for a family member to stay while visiting in town. Unfortunately this hotel has deteriorated from the nice neighborhood hotel it was when it was the Sundance Hotel and I believe privately owned. The room was NOT as displayed online, sparse accommodations at best, several items were broken, handles etc showing neglect of keeping up with the property. The front desk took a mandatory $100 deposit for pet - although my guest had no pet with them and explained that. Their dog stayed at our house in the neighborhood. It is truly sad to see a neighborhood hotel get bought by large chain and then run down. I will not ever recommend this hotel to anyone again. My daughter is still waiting to get her deposit back.

Thank you for your feedback. Deposits are required of everyone that checks in. They are voided after departure and typically the guest sees the authorization disappear within 5 business days.

Did not meet the standards of Wyndham's normal hotel. The lighting inside the room was very dark.The entry into the room was a little alcove which had the light burnt out, if any one came to the door you could not say who it was.We ask the manager to fix the light issue and no one ever looked at it.Cleanliness was marginal, the trash cans in the room did not even have liners.The king size bed seemed broken.

Did not clean room! Only one lamp for light. Power strip plugged in to two plug in that they had to run all the items in the room. Ran out of towels.

Surprised that for such a large hotel, a continental breakfast was not offered. Ramada required a $100 deposit for room damages or smoking in the room and the money still has not been returned back to my Visa card. The sliding door was broken, secured by a wooden pole placed in the track and yet no staff did a walk thru before renting the room, or did a room check with us when we checked out. So the $100 charge is a ruse. The restaurant on the premises was pricey and the food was substandard. We thought it was closed because it was virtually empty as was the hotel . Really, it felt like the Stanley Hotel, eerily devoid of staff, visitors and activity. Now we know why. I would really appreciate having the $100 damage deposit returned to my card.

I checked in and the staff is eating a whole meal at the front desk. I get to my room and there is a stain on the pillow. I call the front desk for a new pillow. No one came with a new pillow for 2hrs so I go to the front desk to pick it up myself. My room had spiders and ants. The room was very dusty. My fridge and microwave were not plugged in and there weren't enough outlets to have them plugged in at the same time. Due to the fridge not being plugged in there was water in the fridge. I also didn't have a phone in my room so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. I was not pleased at all with the hotel or the staff.

Upon arriving there was hair all over in the bed, cleaning supplies left in the room. Our room was not cleaned once while we were there. Asking for extra towels the front desk lady was just rude. And didn’t bring us towels cause she brought us some the day before.

Thank you for your feedback. It is very common that booking sites may overbook hotels because their system does not account for inventory updates at the time each room is booked. We unfortunately can not provide a resolution when we are overbooked due to the third party booking sites. Thank you.

This place is the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Service was a joke. Got to the hotel and no one was at the front desk for over 35 min. When she did arrive she was rude. Second they hold an additional 100 dollar deposit from your credit card on top of the cost of the hotel rate. Still haven’t got my refund for that. The rooms were gross and had spiders in every corner. Toilet didn’t work properly. The A/C was broke. Chair outside was smashed and most importantly the fire alarm was missing! I would be embarrassed to run a hotel like this. Asked for a refund and they refused. Would not work with me on the agreement in any way. Stay far far away from this place. I will sleep in my car or truck before I ever stay at this place again.

The property was clean but the beds were uncomfortable and too high. Had to almost jump up onto the bed and was very hard. The rules were out of base for charges for this and that and when booking the room on the site it does not show a deposit of 100 per room.

One of the worst hotel I have been. I am not even sure that it can be called hotel because they do not clean the rooms daily. I was there for three nights and I have not seen one single cleaning lady. This place needs a major resurgacing and update. Only positive thing: beds are comfortable. I cannot believe this place is rated 3.5stars, I would rate it 2 stars max. Definitely avoid.

This isn't your typical hotel, rather it seems more like a 1970's conference center. Be prepared to walk a ways to your room, and that might include bridges and causeways. The room itself was spacious, but wasn't very modern. We arrived at 8pm to check in, and one man was waiting patiently for the front desk staff. A sign showing the staff would be back in ten minutes, was rather a sign that made people angry after at least fifteen and more likely twenty minutes took place. We left and came back, only to have to wait again for a tedious check-in process where they seemed more concerned if we had pets than getting us a room for the night. They also charged an extra $100 in case any damage was done to the room (returned if they found none and I'm not certain they would know as the rooms were already pretty tired and worn).

I would not recommend this hotel. It took over a half hour to check in due to no one being at the front desk. The whole property is pretty run down-very outdated and not maintained. We were very disappointed with this Ramada hotel

Susan at the front desk would not let us check in because we needed to leave a $100 deposit and she wouldn't take cash. The main reason I book on Expedia is so I wouldn't have to give all my employees a credit card when they go work away from our city and that is quite often.
