When I arrived at 10:30 p.m. tired from my long trip, the desk clerk was absent. I was banging on the counter bell for 20 minutes until he arrived. During the night, someone painted the parking lines in white paint without notifying us. So, I stepped into the white paint. I then stepped into my rental vehicle, putting the paint onto the new carpets. I then was frustrated and looked at the bottom of my shoes and in so doing, I put white paint onto my new business pants. Why didn't someone at least notify us?

The hotel/motel is very old and out dated. I had a reservation for three nights and ended up checking out the following day. I found the property and the area to be very sketchy and unsafe for my personal well being.

Phone had no ring tone. Couldn't reach front desk. Water temperature irregular. Shower control off. Cold water instead of hot when turned completely to the left. Cold at the right too even after running for a time.

We arrived at 3am. 18 hours after leaving the resort in MX. Front desk was staffed and there were heatable snacks for purchase. Microwave in room. We didnt go to bed hungry

This is a Terri location, the room was dirty. There were stains everywhere, cigarette buds everywhere. The doors did not lock, as a matter in fact the door did not have a hinge. It was horrible. We decided not to stay the night and decided to just stay at a different location. We did not last any more than 5 minutes.

It's a place to sleep. The bed was super comfortable. Floor was sticky and gross- like they used too much product and didn't clean it all the way. The room smelled horrendously of something like fabuloso. A lot of damage to the room itself. The food was less than mediocre. But the bed was comfortable and it was clean enough.

This facility is really in poor condition. Dirty, electrical outlets falling out of the wall, covers off over electrical switches in the walls, cable modem hanging below the TV and a incredible smell of cigarette smoke. Expedia should stop marketing this property The 7 our of 10 rating that is listed on Expedia for this property is terribly misleading. Maybe a 1 or 2 rating would be appropriate..

Employees were great and accommodating as they could be but the hotel itself the rooms cleanliness it was just bad. Comforters smelled like cigarettes had burn holes in them. Water damage beneath windows. We were never told it was being renovated till the day it started and they said we either had to leave or stay for 5 hours no warning.

This is a "down and out" hotel where most guests appear to be one step from homeless. Questionable activity and questionable people sitting outside smoking cigarettes without anything to do all day and watching other guests. My room even though non-smoking wreaked of strong cigarette smoke. The room also had an old nasty, stale smell. I could not get clean towels from front desk at 3:05pm after not getting new towels or room service after 6 days because "only the room maids can issue towels and they leave early in the afternoon." Hum, really? The hotel added $150 in unknown charges same day I reserved this hotel online before I checked in. I wonder what story is behind this one. The only good thing I can say is the young man who works at the front desk who is always polite and trying to help despite the extremely poor circumstances of this hotel.

The hotel room was decent to sleep in but the toilet sort of had a plug issue because it was not flushing all the way. The hotel when you were outside and walking in the hallway to your room had a strong smell of marijuana. Also still waiting on my refund because they took the accidental and had to call several times for it to be refunded

Not the worst or the best I have stayed at. For the price we payed it was reasonable good. Some problems like the toilet didn’t flush correctly it took several flushes sometimes. Also, there was a door to the next room and some people staying there were talking and watching tv until past midnight. Not sound proof room. I didn’t get much sleep the last two nights there. The rug in the room look worn and had wrinkles made it feel dirty.

The hotel is quite close to the airport and cheaper than other options nearby. The rooms are a bit old but are quite big and come with a mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast is limited but good enough. The only thing I'd improve is the cleanliness; it was not awful but could have been better.
