The first room they put us in was filthy and it stank. So they offered us a second room which was cleaner but the tv didn’t work, the toilet was clogged so we couldn’t use it and there were roaches crawling up the walls. We left there and spent the night at a different hotel.

Terrible customer service theft
Didnt get to stay and was robbed for my money 137 dollars all because of a deposit of 50 dollars not mentioned till after the room was paid for and they refused to give me a refund

Disappointed
We arrived at the hotel to be told we owed $50 more dollars, fine, we payed the $50. Then we got into the room and the room Immediately smelled of mold, it was not clean. One towel for three people. The bathroom door was broken, the shower was spraying water everywhere, there was Cigarette burns in every single sheet and blank, graffiti in the dresser, the TV had maybe 10 channels, only 3 of which worked. The housekeeper told us we were not getting anymore towels because we were getting checked out. We had 4 more days of our stay. The desk associates were never at the desk, waited 30 minutes to be checked in and out. Overall I was not happy with this stay at all.

Stained towels, cigarette burns on the curtains of my nonsmoking room, moldy jets in the tub and sketchy area. I had to check out a day early and spoke to the front desk attendant the night before and was assured there would be no issues or fees. When I checked out the next morning, I was charged $174/night instead of $91/night.

Our room had a horrible smell, property knew about the smell as they stuck a wax melt warmer in the room, to try and cover it up.. They told me the room has a dog smell, let me tell ya unless the dog died in the room and they left it to decompose for several weeks, thats no dog smell. Also there was blood droplets all over the floor and on one of the bed comforters, and on the bathroom floor.. so maybe the dog did die.. Theres was no hot water, we gave up and left and wasted 75.00..

This property had drug addicts and prostitution. The room was disgusting, and gave off a vibe that pornos were shot there. The bathroom was absolutely gross. I showered at an entirely different location. I broke out in hives. The curtain in the room was barely hanging on. I would have left the second I got there, but it was non refundable. I’m angry it was even an option on Expedia.

This is it was very horrible compared to the last time we stayed there. There were burn holes in the sheets and comforters. Which that really didn't bother us that much. There was mold on the night stands. The shower was not very clean and there was mold in it. Also the shower curtain rod was close to falling. The air conditioning unit looked like it wanted to fall apart although it did work great. There was a pretty big dent in the wall. I was just very surprised considering it looked more well kept the last time we had stayed there.

The first room they put me in had bugs and cable to tv cut.. the second room in the middle of the night the lights and air went out.. I went to front desk for refund and I was told Expedia would refund me and I haven't received anything.. service was the worst I ever experienced

Room wasnt bad. Stains on sheets. Ac worked not as well as I woulda liked. I Worked nightshift was rhere for 4 weeks. Grateful housekeeping didnt try to clean my room throughout day. That is maun thing i was happy about. Rebivations were veing done. Vehicle alarms would start going off throughout night. Random times. Parking was adquate. Had to play musical parking. Had one work truck that took up 2 spots most of the time. But over all wasnt a bad stay. Contrary to other posts there was no bedbugs. Never tried breakfast so can not comment on that.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Someone else’s hair on the bed sheets, mildew and grime all over the bathroom, bedbugs, and even though it was a “no smoking” room there were cigarette burns on just about everything and it reeked of cigarette smoke

This hotel stay was the worst part of my stay in Tennessee. The staff was not accommodating. Every towel and face rag in the room was filthy like it had been used, folded and put back on the shelf. It was just an unpleasant stay and I feel I should have been compensated for being inconvenienced.

Average stay.
Had to wait approximately 30 minutes before some one came to the night window to check us in as they were asleep and very unfriendly because we woke them up. As advertised. This is a no frills MOTEL. Rooms are outdated but clean. Needed a weather seal on the door as dirt and air come in from the bottom of the door. Sheets were clean and bed was more comfortable than expected.

Terrible experience
When we arrived at the hotel. Upon checking in i was surprised by them charging my card 60 bucks for something i have no clue of. I paid what yall were charging and usually thats it. When i get to my room it doesnt have a working hot tub or jets theres spiders and roaches everywhere. I went and asked the front desk clerk and he informed me there was no hot tub or suite anymore there but thats what i was under the impression i was reserving when i did. There was dead bugs all over the room and the water from the clogged jets was dark black and muddy like. Then our room is opened by someone i have no clue who she was but that was rude and it wasnt check out yet. So why did she open my rooms door.

This was the dirtiest, needing work/maintenance and needing all new bedding & linens, the worst hotel we have EVER stayed at. The noise of neighbors was soo inappropriate. We checked out early. We will never go back.

Completely disgusting an rude!!!
Waited outside in the middle of the night for 10 mins an had to call head office to even get key! Then she came out basically mad didn’t even say one word to me gave me a key didnt tell me where room was located or anything i said have a good night she rolled her eyes an walked away. The sheets were disgusting roach traps everywhere. The room was disgusting we stayed for 5 hours an left.

Zero rating do not stay
Complete pile of trash. The pictures are lies and this place should be torn down. Checked in and the front desk was awful. Went to the room completely trash. Blood on the sheets shower was black mold above the shower head. Rags where not cleaned but black. Checked out within a small amount of time with no refund. The woman even tried to give me the key back to make me stay. Outside parking lot cars broke down weeds 6 foot tall and pool area was a mess. Please don't stay here they only get your money and take off.

DO NOT stay here
I refused to stay at this property, as I was checking in, there were police everywhere, arresting someone belligerent in the lobby and raiding a room near me. A woman outside told me not to check in as it was disgustingly dirty in her room, as I parked a man was sleeping in his car beside me. I felt unsafe. I went to the room, the bedspread had cigarette burns and stains. I left immediately, when I should had left at the first encounter. Also, I can’t believe this place was $100 when the really nice holiday inn 40 minutes away was $75.

Nothing unique about property besides outside paint job. Pictures online made it look beautiful but cleanliness was not up to par. Vents were dirty, non working hair dryer, cigarette burns on bed covers, and mismatching continuously blinking lights. Rooms must be smoking rooms as cigarette smoke smell is the first thing you get when walking in room. Checked out early couldn’t do it another day.

Room we reserved weeks in advance was given away before we got there and was told to call Expedia to dispute. Ended up getting similar room for same price. Lobby customer service was poor and maybe even rude. Cigarette burns on furniture and sheets in non smoking room. Toilet paper not stocked in room. Rooms were clean, but not maintained. Not what I would expect to get for $105 per night. Making an annual trip to this area and will not stay here again.
