Lived there for more than a week with my family, we slept well most of the stay except at the weekend. Because of the so loud stomping from upstairs , we couldn't sleep. So I called the front desk twice on the Saturday night. Again I had to call the front desk on Sunday night to ask for help for a good sleep. I was very rudely treated this time. The guy even say I can drop the room key and check out. How dare and could I check out during a dark midnight leaving my family in such a strange city!

This was a very nice hotel. Our room was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. I felt safe enough and there was good parking and lighting. The only downsides were that the pool is very small- still good enough to let the kids play for a bit and breakfast on the weekends doesn't open until 7 and we had to leave for an event at the convention center at 6:30.

This is our second time staying here within the past few months and everything was great. The only couple things we noticed in our room was that the right side bedlamp was burnt out and the detachable showerhead was to short for our height and was different from previous rooms. The location is great, breakfast was nice and it is a clean facility.

The employee at the front desk was nice and welcoming. The room was pretty clean and well put together. Appreciate the couch bed since we had 5 people. The breakfast was good as far as hotel breakfasts go. The pool was clean and there were enough towels. The people I was with enjoyed the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Pretty good experience all around.

FTLOG get some real pillows.
Pros: Convenient, friendly, near restaurants, only one in area with a workout room, decent breakfast options. Cons: The pillows on the beds are the absolute worst. They're not normal size - like half a pillow - and made it impossible to sleep without my head falling off it. I hate to say it, but I wouldn't stay here again for this one reason alone. I got zero sleep.
