We had a great stay . Stayed for one night . It’s near Easton shopping center not even 5 mins away . It’s also near Walmart and plenty of gas stations. The only issue we had was the elevators. Only one work . So it took almost (5 min wait) each time to go up or down . We started to just use the stairs …. But besides that we had a nice first stay !

The breakfast was very good and a surprise since it was not very well pictured or referenced online. The only problem was that the toilet had a loud bang to it when getting up off of it. I did report it to the front desk to have it looked at.. Otherwise i had a very pleasant stay and will book again in June when returning for another event..

Our room was amazing with the only complaint being that under the bed we found some garbage that we assume was forgotten to be looked under but the room was good, free breakfast was good, was nice to see a pool that was deep enough to go to our necks and the front desk was very friendly.

The price, accommodations, proximity to New Albany were perfect for us! We felt safe, which is the greatest concern when booking from out of town and not knowing the areas. We didn't have a lot of time to visit the vast amount of upscale shopping and dining areas nearby, but for other people, this might be a huge plus! My other comments are to the management only, because we were in need of a safe, clean place to stay, with a bit of food to start our day, and EVERYONE DELIVERED--THANK YOU! I'm only stating the rest to the management in case you want to improve in these areas: If I were in management, I would tell the staff to use eye contact and smile. It was across the board (at the desk and kitchen). No smiles. I didn't pay for eye-contact and smiles--the contract with us was completed, but smiles used to be free, and they set a tone. I actually liked that housekeeping didn't clean in between the two nights (yet you offer it for free upon request). I always thought that was overkill for a two-night stay, and if it saves money, that's great! Thanks again!

Front desk staff was eating when we tried to check in and continued eating while we tried to check in. Only 1 elevator was working. Parking was severely limited due to parking lot sealant. Room very nice. Beds comfy…..

Neither check in or check out was easy and neither employee was overly friendly (checkout was way worse). Breakfast bar worker seemed extremely inconvenienced when asked for more waffle mix. Room wasn’t spotless and there was no hand soap by sink or body soap in the shower. Soap is expected in a $200 a night room

Reasonable price, friendly staff, breakfast included, very close to Easton. The wall unit heater/ac was a little noisy, and a corner floor lamp would help brighten up the room, but otherwise we really liked this hotel.

The room was not ready when we checked in so they gave us a different room with a king size bed. We had to go back downstairs and tell them again that we needed two queen size beds as requested and reserved along with the walk in shower as I’m disabled.

The hotel itself was a nice hotel and well-priced. During our two night stay, someone broke into our vehicle along with 6 other patrons. While I understand it’s not the hotel’s fault, this is apparently a common occurrence. I should have read the reviews before booking because I see other’s have had the same experience. With the frequency of this issue, I would thing stronger security measures would have been taken.

The only reason I could not give it 5 stars was that we were put in a handicap accessible room which to my knowledge, was not requested. Room lacked sufficient lighting and curtain/blind on window was broken so we couldn't open it blind for more light. (I didn't request to change rooms since it was just one night) Room was clean and reasonably quiet.
