This well-appointed building features an amazing downtown location, elevator access, and controlled entry. This is a perfect location for a month or longer stay, and we require a minimum of 1 month on each reservation. Inside, enjoy stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, in-unit laundry, and a private balcony. Steps from Grant Medical Center, Nationwide Children's Hospital , and the Columbus Museum of Art, with downtown Columbus just minutes away. No pets allowed.



The Space:

This unit is located within Terraces on Grant, a controlled-access building built in 2005. The unit features hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher, central air and heat, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to your private balcony, or head up to the building's shared rooftop terrace for skyline views. The bedroom has a queen bed, and en-suite full bathroom. The guest room has a great desk and workspace, along with a sleeper futon, and full en-suite bathroom including bath. Also included is a turn-table and bluetooth speaker, perfect for setting the soundtrack to a great city view.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the unit, elevator, and 1 parking space in attached parking garage. The building uses controlled access entry for added security. There are trash chutes on each floor and dumpsters on the side of the building for larger items.



The Neighborhood:

This home sits in the Discovery District, part of downtown Columbus, known for its walkability and mix of restaurants, museums, and green space. You're close to the Statehouse, the Columbus Museum of Art, Bicentennial Park, and the Scioto Mile. Grant Medical Center is just a few blocks away. We are also just a block from the hidden gem of Columbus, the Topiary Park. A lush green space, with an amazing lake-side display of topiary.



Getting Around:

The Discovery District has a Walk Score of 80, making most errands and attractions accessible on foot. Downtown Columbus and John Glenn Columbus International Airport are both a short drive away, with easy access to I-70, I-71, and I-670.

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
