Train tracks 20 feet from our room, not their fault of course, but when the train came through, our room shook. Ask for a room closer to the front.

The property is right next to railroad tracks which woke you up at night. The wine cooler in room was very loud so we had to unplug. The compressor was very loud. The breakfast sandwich and coffee was hot and tasty. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant.

The rooms were clean. The area was perfect for what we needed. Staff was nice. The only downside was when checking out it took awhile because the girls are busy doing coffee stuff and not hotel stuff. The driving/parking situation was kind of confusing too.

I always read all the reviews before booking any hotel and I was hesitant at the beginning because I can't believe it :-) but I decided to give it a try and my stay was excellent, clean and sharp renew building I was Impressed and more impressed with the price very affordable for an Hotel In the Heart of the city I just love it!! and also they have complimentary breakfast sandwich and coffee that was awesome, Keep up the wonderful job and congratulations for such an amazing place to stay in the heart of the city. Newly renovated motel with a cafe in the lobby which is serving good coffee ( free sandwich for breakfast). The shower pressure was great, and it was so satisfying. The staff ... was not so friendly, for some reason. It could have been a perfect stay in Columbus.

The hotel is everything people said in other reviews. Easy check in, nice rooms, close to OSU (about 8 min drive). Good price. Quiet rooms.

The room was nicely appointed and clean. We had everything we may expect in a nice hotel room including microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, steamer, coffee machine. Very nice shower and comfy beds. Complementary cup of coffee and freshly made sandwiches in the morning. Will gladly stay again.

Some construction going on around the property but the hotel rooms themselves were very very nice. I had no problem with them and the staff at the coffee shop and the breakfast meal and the check-in. They were very very nice. I would definitely stay there again The beds are a little bit high but very comfortable and a walk-in shower was very nice. Dog friendly. My beagle loved it

The free coffee and breakfast sandwiches were a good value. Highly recommend the Sausage & White Cheddar. The proximity to the train tracks was a bit of a shock and definitely prohibited solid sleep.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but honestly was very pleased with our stay! The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean, really enjoyed the shower and it was a quiet area. Convenient access to lots of good food and shopping but not too close to busy areas. All-around great affordable stay, highly recommend.
