The room was really small. And the mattress should be replaced. The drain for toilet sink and shower needs clean. There was no microwave or fridge. I will never stay at red roof again.

Tv did not work and front desk refused to fix the issue and told me to just wait until morning to have someone come look at it. Ive stayed with this hotel quite a few times, as i travel for work, and this was the worst ive been treated. I dont intend on staying here again.

As I was looking at the blanket, I noticed so much hair on it. I requested another blanket, but the staff told me that they were all out. Also, I had to call front desk with my phone, there was a phone on the desk, but it wasn't even connected. I walked in, and there was dirt/dust on the chair that I had to clean myself. My allergies were acting up, so I knew that the room was dirty. You get what you pay for, but it should be the bare minimum for the room to at least clean.

Two fast food restaurants right across the street as well as a gas station/convenience store. Adequate parking around the building. Had an issue with remote control for TV and a staff member came right up to look at the issue and resolved the problem within 5 minutes. All staff I encountered were very professional, friendly, and courteous.

No hood for peace & quiet.
It was a budget hotel so it met expectations on that front, but even in the middle of a snow storm it was sooo noisy!!! Bumping car stereos, street traffic, doors slamming all night and the radiator heat clicked incessantly all night. The curtains do not block out the light. If I had been able to sleep, my stay would have been perfect. My husband is in ICU at OSU and I just needed rest.

The first room they gave me the tv was barely Hanging on the wall and did not work! Then they moved me and then the phone never worked in my room,which they said they would come fix it but never did! The smell of pot about knocked me down when I was trying to get to the rooms and everything was dirty!! Staff did not even try to help. I will never stay there again in my life!!!

The front desk dude was RUDE the whole time I was checking in. It was NO salt down at all. The halls was full of the ice & left over snow. The hotel room wasn’t even cleanned right. I’ll NEVA stay at this hotel again. All around terrible. Even when I called the front test for help with tv, the worker was rude.

It is what I expected - inexpensive place to stay with average at best services. No clock, no microwave, not many TV channels. Basically a bed and internet. It's all I needed but I would not stay there with my wife. Rooms on the first floor were noisy as people walked by.
