Four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a fenced yard on a quiet street in Columbus.

This is a two-storey house. All four bedrooms and both full bathrooms are on the second floor, and the only way up is a staircase, so there is no step-free route to a bedroom. The half bath is on the main floor.

The primary bedroom has a king and its own bathroom, with a soaking tub and a separate shower. Two more bedrooms have queens and the fourth has a twin.

The kitchen is set up to actually cook in: full-size range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with ice and water in the door. The dining room seats six under a front window, and there is a second eating area off the kitchen for quicker meals.

One of the bedrooms has a real desk and an ergonomic chair, so a work week does not have to happen at the dining table. WiFi covers the house. The washer and dryer are full size and in the house, not shared with anyone.

Three garage bays and a driveway mean parking is never the problem, even with several cars. The back yard is fenced, and a storage shed takes the bikes and gear that would otherwise live in the hallway. Exterior security cameras cover the front entrance and the backyard. They record outdoor areas only and there are none inside the home.
