„Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt an der Promenade. Nur ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof bzw. Busbahnhof. Daher sehr gute Möglichkeiten nach Torquay, Brixham oder Dartmouth zu kommen! Parkplatz zu teuer, man hat aber kaum eine Möglichkeit woanders zu parken. Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber!“

„Gute Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer und Bad, sehr freundliches Personal am Desk und Service beim Frühstück. Gutes Frühstück. Einziges kleines Manko: Lage des Innenpools nicht so optimal, da Zugang durch das Restaurant und von dort auch Sicht auf den Pool. Ausreichend Parkplätze am Hotel.“

„The best way to describe the Great Western is with the two words, quaint and quirky! The house is in the middle of a massive re-vamp, but that did not impinge on my stay, which was short, but long enough to form a very positive opinion. My room was clearly re-purposed, with the en-suite bolted on, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom fittings were quite new and of a good standard. The furnishings were old-fashioned, but I thought that gave the place its charm and ...
