„If you are looking for a campsite athmosphere, and historic cabins, meaning old, badly maintained and small cabins (we stayed in Tumble Inn), then this is the place to stay. The surroundings are beautiful, the lake water is clear and brown (due to the woods) and hiking trails are easy to reach. Positive: after initial complaint, the friendly staff spent two hours to clean the cabin and the windows, which improved our stay a lot. “

„Excellent 4 day stay.The cabin was right out of a cottage design magazine! Beautifully decorated , well equipped and cozy. Everything was well thought out. Kitchen had everything. Wall to wall windows in open concept kitchen/living room and dining room with views of the forest in every window! Loved when the deer came to the deck in the evening. Loved the comfy sectional to cozy up and read or watch tv at night. It was so peaceful and quiet and yet the village with grocery store and liquor store ...
