« The word “luxury” is not accurate for this listing. If all you are looking for is a quiet place to stay for the night, this is great. There are good aspects to this house. It’s not far from the city center, quiet neighborhood, and has new appliances including laundry which was very useful. Our issues were the overall wear and tear - smudges and missing paint. The sink in the bathroom is beautiful but the faucet was loose and felt like it was going to fall off. There were no towels until we...

« Professionally-run rental property with excellent location and walkability. Very comfy king bed and nice linens. Will stay here again. »

« Overall a great place to stay. Location is excellent, Birkdale Village has all the amenities you need. Apartment is good, well stocked and comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved on, however when brought to managers attention they offered to deal with it right away. Only drawback is people cleaning sidealks weekly with pressure washer very early inbthe morning. Overall would recommend. »

« Great place to stay for business, holiday, vacation or just to get away. Checked in late after an 8hr flight went to 11hr. After a slightly frustrating search for entryway, thing’s smoothed out. The remainder of 3 day stay was flawless. Read your check in notes 3 times if you plan to arrive after dark. And watch the video on their site. »
