The staff from the front desk to the breakfast team were all friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. „there were no issues with the property. the only issue was that the check in clerk was not as nice. there was a snow storm and she would not let anyone check in prior to 3pm. the hotel was not full, so we had to sit in the lobby until 3pm and not 1 minute earlier. the rest of the staff was great. would stay again. “
