« The lodge we stayed in ( badger lodge) was amazing. It came with everything you need to make your stay comfortable for a family of 4. The lodge include a washing machine, hoover, huge freezer and a hair dryer. The hot tub is definitely the highlight of the stay. A guy comes out and explains all the dials and is cleaned on a daily basis. The area overall is good, there is a play area for young children but not much for teenagers to do apart from a quarry trail. The only let down for this place...

« I booked this for a girls weekend away with my 3 friends for my birthday. The location of the lodge was great, had everything we needed. It was clean and we couldn't fault it. Every quiet and the privacy for the hot tub was great. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« A lovely log cabin with hot tub. Cabins are not overlooked and were quiet. Lots of places to visit nearby with kid's, including Alton Towers. Nearby Cheadle has everythingg you might need. »

« Booked for 4 nights over Christmas. Couldn't have picked a more suitable stay. Hut was spotless with everything you need and some...hot tub perfect and the bed was so comfy. If you want to get away from the stresses of life..would defo recommend. Thank you. »

« Spacious and well equipped lodge in tranquil surroundings. Privacy was excellent especially for hot tub use. Robes provided which was ideal for hot tub. Kitchen fully equipped. Comfy sofa’s. WiFi and TV coverage was patchy but meant we were more inclined to Use our phones less which made for a proper relaxation. Would definitely stay there again. »

« It was okish for a short break, wasn’t really much to do in the area and overall the lodge could do with a new mattress as we’ve had 3 nights awful sleep and the sofa wasn’t much better. Could also do with a really good deep clean as there was alot of mold in the shower seals and the window openings were absolutely filthy. »

« My two friends and I enjoyed a lovely weekend in a beautiful lodge with hot tub. The facilities were great and the lodge was immaculate.I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax in the beautiful countryside.Staff were really friendly and helpful and obviously take great pride in the place. « We stayed in Lodge 11. Very happy with the size of the lodge, very spacious & most importantly, it was clean & tidy. Unfortunately it's a little tired in places, for example, a cracked Hob & chipped coffee table... For this reason, I can only give it 4*. The Hot Tub was immaculate, so hats off to whoever looks after the tubs.A couple of criticisms... The TV's aren't Smart which is a real shame & the mattress in the main bedroom needs replacing.Overall my family & I have had a great stay & would...
