« We like the place very much. Excellent communication from the host. Super clean specially the bathroom. Very neat and clean, NO nasty grout and unpleasant smell. There are 3 of us for 3 nights. One bathroom is fine but needs more towel bars or hooks.Also a few wash cloth would be nice. Kitchen has almost everything that we needed except for kitchen towels. « This was a very nice new home with great Mountain View’s. However, the hot tub is located behind the property and therefore only used once due to the inconvenience. The pictures don’t indicate where it’s located, but I felt the angle of the picture makes it seem as though it’s up high, as if on a deck (in my opinion). Also, no TV’s in bedrooms which would have been nice to relax and unwind to. Otherwise, great stay! »

« Great stay! Our son & his beautiful bride got married at The Manor House in Littleton! The house was a perfect place to enjoy family & friends visiting from different states. We loved the location and the house was wonderful!!! Thank you to our hosts for our amazing stay! »

« Our host was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the home was excellent for our needs. I recommend this listing to others. Two suggestions for improvement: an additional light in the one bathroom. We had to move the bedroom lamp into the bathroom to put on makeup. A portable heater for the bathroom. In the summer, with the A/C, on the bathroom was uncomfortable cold during showers. »

« Great spot. Views are incredible. Deer in backyard, great deck, quiet and peaceful. Brandon and Anastasia were great. Hot tub was awesome. We had a misunderstanding on the checkout time and Brandon resolved it well. »

« Overall I would stay here again. The place was clean, quiet and the listing is accurate. The only two things I would point out are the kitchen is very modestly stocked and we had problems with the dryer and it took the host a while to respond to my message. We like to cook when we travel and if you do the same you’ll find that there are things you won’t have that you need. All that said the place served us and we would stay there again. »

« Easy access to apt. Great yard for dogs. Excellent communication with host. Upscale neighborhood with Cherry Creek State Park across the street. This is my second time staying there, and I hope to return and use the premises again next spring! »
