« While the apartment was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was horrendous. Prior to booking, I messaged the host about a 4:00 pm check-in due to an event my family needed to attend at 5:00. The host agreed, but on the day of check-in, the host said she wasn't sure she could accommodate and ghosted us until 4:55, when she finally sent the code for the door.
