« This property is outstanding. We wanted to stay closer to switzerland (where we were headed after Lake Como) and wanted to be out of the thick of the crowds. This ended up being perfect. The house is composed of an upstairs apartment and a main floor apartment. We rented both. In-laws were upstairs and our family with baby was downstairs. « 5/5 Great family trip and fits 4-5 total people easy. It’s a 3 story property, but only the top is live able. The inside is dated, but the outside more than made up for it…Everyone enjoyed jumping off the first story ledge into the water, the property is large and has amazing views all over. « Sehr schönes gelegene Unterkunft. Viele Treppen führen ins Haus, was uns noch nicht ganz so viel ausgemacht hat aber doch sehr anstrengend waren. Dafür wurden wir mit einem tollen Ausblick auf dem See von der gemeinschaftlichen Terrasse belohnt. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Bei den heißen Temperaturen wäre es ratsam, dass der Vermieter über ein kleinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer nachdenkt. Keine Möglichkeit in der Unterkunft zu frühstücken. « The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is. »

« Our room overlooks the mountains, but the view you can admire from the terrace is truly fantastic.We went to visit the nearby castle and it was truly fantastic to walk through the woods to reach it.We will definitely return in the summer to do some excursions on the lake.A greeting to the hosts who have always been available and kind.See you soonMarco »

"Nous avons séjourné au belvédère 4 jours Bien qu’au début j’étais un peu dubitatif, l’expérience fut vraiment top L’hôtel est très très bien entrenu et le service est parfait Tous les jours les jardins sont entretenus Le personnel est très habillé Le spa est très très bien La salle de sport très correct Le restaurant de qualité Le Room service très bien Tous les jours la terrasse de notre chambre est préparé , parasol et serviette La vue de toutes les pièces de l’hôtel est incroyable A 5 minutes du centre et des restaurants Je suis très contente exigeant et le concierge était très réactif pour organiser nos activités. Cet hôtel est traditionnel et de qualité Bravo "

".Nous avons passé un excellent séjour danc ce très bel hôtel très bien situé avec vue sur le lac .excellent petit dejeuner .tout etait à la hauteur sauf la chambre et surtout la salle de bains qui ne meritent pas le prix payé .trés petite douche coincée contre le lavabo dans laquelle on rentre de profil et encore...Chambre à moderniser .C'est dommage pour un tel hôtel."
