Gut: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Room was spacious, quite well thought out and very clean. Had all the amenities needed and the separate shoulder and bathroom cubicles were a nice touch. The hotel itself is modern, large and offers lovely surroundings. Free parking was a bonus (although it got very busy and we almost didn’t have a space returning at 10pm on our second night). Staff all friendly and polite. Plenty of towels and toiletries in the room. Handy little 24hr shop at reception selling any essentials you may have forgotten. The Spa was the standout feature and we really enjoyed this. Although it is extra cost it felt worth it! The heated outdoor pool is gorgeous! Only let down was that the housekeeping staff removed a bag of snacks we’d bought with us (some unopened and full). I politely reported it at 3pm understanding they may have just mistaken it for rubbish. The kind lady on reception said she would call and enquire with them. By the time we checked out the following morning, no one had got back in contact, offered a small token such as a complementary snack from the shop or even an apology. Overall though, a fantastic stay!
