Only objection was to the amount of locals that are allowed to just panhandle outside the venue. That’s outside and not the responsibility of 300 Peachtree, the Front Desk ran a tight ship. “

„The host was extremely welcoming, the space was very clean and super cute, and we felt safe with the included parking space and location. There was a little bit of a weird smell coming from either above or below or somewhere else that we said smelled kinda like garlic bread lol. „Really enjoyed my stay. Communication was easy & swift. The condo was very clean & equipped for what we needed it for. Only thing is I wished we could’ve parked in the actual parking garage, it being listed in the photos was a little misleading but we were able to find free street parking nearby. The patio is nice but doesn’t have any furniture so if you want to go out & enjoy it you have to stand.
