Très bien placé, propre
Pause parfaite pour couper la route entre le parc des Great Smoky Mountains et Nashville. Personnel très accueillant, chambre confortable, bon petit dej, parking gratuit. Un peu bruyant, notamment à cause de la clim, mais très bien placé à côté de commerces et restau. En face notamment d’un restau mexicain délicieux ! Parfait pour une nuit.

I love the ease of access to our room on the first floor. I love the table and chairs for sitting at. The beds were comfortable. I love the double sinks. The only thing I didn't love was the shower. It looks great but is only barely functional. Not great water flow and difficult to cut on and off.

They had a big outdoor pool but it wasn't filled with water. The room we reserved was out of service and they wouldn't discount us for a different room. We ended up in a smoking room which smelled so bad. Burn hole in the chair by the table. Chairs didn't even match and looked dirty. Bed was comfortable and the room overall looked clean.

The woman at reception was extremely helpful, taking time to show us where to park our pickup with trailer. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, courteous staff. Nice clean room, good breakfast. Not much grass for pets- mostly concrete. Of the two small grass areas- one dark behind hotel, not safe, the other had construction work and a big hole being dug. If I’m charged extra for pets, expect safe place to walk them.

T'bird flies!
BW T'bird is one of the oldest hotels in town, but stays relevant in many ways. The location is great and the on-site Mexican restaurant is a plus. Service was excellent and the price is right for what you get. I will return.

Pleased with my stay
I stayed here for a quick overnight trip. It was clean, convenient, and comfortable. My room had plenty of space to relax and unwind. It was located right off the interstate and there was a Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot you could easily walk to. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed at the Thunderbird Motel for many years. Always clean with a friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast and close to many restaurants. It has always been a safe and reliable haven.

BW T'bird
This is an old school hotel which has been around for years.It could use some sprucing up, but the price is right and the room was spacy and clean. Computer was inoperable, so I had to go next door to print some items out. Cont'l b'fast could use more fresh offerings. The onsite Mexican restaurant was outstanding. Overall, I was pleased and ok about staying again.
