The Federal House Apartments are duplex style, there are two apartments each is 2 floors sharing only one wall in the center. The apartments were built new in the mid 2000's and thoughtful constructed to host rental guests. Each apartment has hardwood floors throughout an open floor plan with lots of natural light and easy access to the outside including a balcony off the bedrooms on the second floor. Each apartment is private and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The back deck and laundry room are shared only amongst the 2 apartments. The apartments are offer for rent individually. The Federal House main house has an in-ground pool shared with all three units during the summer months only. The pool is open from memorial day - labor day.



The Federal House is a perfect location. For those playing at Dreams Park you will have everything you need within a short distance. The house is only 1 mile from the park and a block away from the grocery store, McDonalds and more. The Village of Cooperstown, The Baseball Hall of Fame, The Farmers’ Museum, the Fenimore Art Museum, restaurants, and shops are all just minutes away.
