The loft spans a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, and essential cookware. The living room includes a comfortable seating area and a TV, while the bathroom offers a bathtub along with fresh towels and toiletries. Guests will find one bedroom with a king-size bed and another with twin beds, both designed for restful stays. A washing machine is available for longer visits, and internet speeds reach up to 24 Mbps. Hot water is provided through an electric boiler that typically needs about 15–20 minutes to heat. As the apartment sits on the 5th floor of a traditional building without a lift, guests will access it via stairs. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins.
