The Space:

The living room feels comfortable and open, wide openings towards the outdoor areas bring in plenty of light and keep the garden visually connected to the interior. Alongside it, the dining area and fully equipped kitchen form a sociable part of the home where you can prepare meals, sit down together and enjoy unhurried time throughout the day.



There are two bedrooms, both with a calm atmosphere and outdoor access. The double bedroom feels warm and inviting and the second bedroom has two single beds that can also be arranged as a double, giving couples, families and friends useful flexibility. Two sofa beds in the living room can also provide additional sleeping space for one guest each when required.



The bathroom has a fresh, modern feel, with a walk in shower and light finishes that keep the space clean and airy.



Outside, the apartment opens onto inviting areas surrounded by established greenery. You can sit beneath the shade of the trees, spend quiet time on the covered terrace or make use of the portable BBQ and enjoy meals around the outdoor table. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is reached by a short set of exterior steps, making the outdoor areas feel like a natural extension of the interior.

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment, which is located on the ground floor and reached by a short set of exterior steps. The host resides in a separate apartment within the same building, with the main building entrance serving both residences.



The Neighborhood:

Set in the Gouvia area, in Tzavros on Corfu’s northeast coast, you are close to a sheltered bay, green inland slopes and the everyday life of Gouvia village centre, around 600 m away. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants are within easy reach, making it easy to combine beach days with relaxed evenings nearby.



Several beaches are close to the property. Gouvia Beach is about a 10 minute walk away, a sheltered sandy bay for swimming and time by the water, while another part of the Gouvia shoreline is around 1 km away. Dafnila Beach is around 2 km away, with sand, shallow water and a greener setting. Dassia Beach is around 3 km away, with sand, fine pebbles and water sports, while Kontokali Beach is around 3.5 km away, with sand and shallow water that suits relaxed family swims.



Nearby sights include the Venetian Arsenal, around 1 km away, with surviving arches from Corfu’s Venetian period, and the Church of Ypapanti, around 2 km away on the edge of Gouvia Bay. The Kapodistrias Museum is around 4 km away, while Corfu Old Town and the Old Fortress are around 9 km away. For a change of scenery, Mount Pantokrator rises around 25 km to the northeast, with wide views across the island.
