The property was absolutely beautiful! Inspired by ottoman and mongol architecture, the hotel was like a palace! Views were beautiful and a feast for the eyes.
We were upgraded to a premium room and was lovely for me and my family. Everything was brilliant, however more choice at breakfast would have been nice ans more of a staff presence by the poolside would be appreciated. The sunbeds look worn, and have seen better days. Turn down service was great and a credit to the hotel. Lovely overall stay for a quiet relaxing family holiday.

I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year.
