    Dieses Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern befindet sich auf einem Grundstück direkt am Meer und bietet eine bessere "freie" Aussicht als die meisten Häuser am Meer im 4WD-Bereich. Die neuen Eigentümer haben es kürzlich für die letzten verbleibenden Wochen der Saison 2019 in unser Mietprogramm aufgenommen. Die 3. Etage verfügt über einen großzügigen offenen Grundriss l mit Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Schiffswache. Das Hauptschlafzimmer neben dem Wohnzimmer hat Zugang zum Vorderdeck mit herrlichem Meerblick und Panoramablick auf den Strand. Im hinteren Bereich des Wohnbereichs befindet sich ein Bonusraum mit Kickertisch und einem Etagenbett für die Kleinen.
    Die 2. Etage verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und ein 4., das zu einem Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch und Schlafsofa umgebaut wurde. Diese Ebene hat auch viel Platz an Deck mit der Annehmlichkeit eines Whirlpools.
    Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Eingangstüren vorne und hinten, ein Tisch für die Fischreinigung, eine Außendusche und eine Kommode sowie ein Grill im Parkstil. Der Vorgarten hat eine Düne mit Seehafer, die den Charme dieses gut gelegenen Hauses unterstreicht.

The caretakers were extremely helpful and quick to respond, even when I just asked for their favorite restaurants. Driving on the beach was adventurous and was a fun experience! Seeing the horses in the yard was so peaceful. The house had enough room for our 3 teens to have their own space, yet lots of room for family time. The pool and hot tub were a welcome change when we done with the beach for the day. We will definitely be back!

The host was very responsive. We had a minor hiccup with the door lock, she was quick to respond and assist. Leading up to our stay, she communicated in a timely manner answering any questions we had. The beds were comfortable, the views were amazing, and the house was clean. We enjoyed our stay with the added bonus of seeing the wild horses right outside the house! The road to the driveway can feel intimidating but we had no issues whatsoever. Overall a great stay and house.

Finding Sandity was an amazing house on the beach! We are a family of 4, so the house was much larger than what we needed and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house had everything we needed (note the house does not have a propane BBQ). We sat on the deck each morning watching the dolphins play in the water. We were not able to use the pool for the first few days of our trip due to the cooler temperatures. However, once the weather warmed back up, the pool was wonderful. The beds and bathrooms are all great, everything was very clean! We enjoyed playing pool in the evenings, too! We saw the wild horses every day on the beach, which was so incredible! On our last night, they came up to the house, so we watched them from the top deck, what an amazing experience!!On a side note, driving on the 4wd beach and dunes is no joke. We were prepared, but it was not easy. We saw many tow trucks every day, so you can always get "unstuck." Also, highly recommend stopping at the grocery store before you get to the house!

Very spacious and each room had door to the porch which was great. The screen porch on the side was perfect to get away from the cool breeze but still able to view the ocean. The location was perfect with a great view of the ocean and area. We were able to watch the horses from the deck and even in the pool. Check in and out was very easy and hosts were great.

A great family destination

We really enjoyed our stay with our entire family and little children. It provided a wonderful place with a mix of nature, adventure, start gazing, and just relaxation. Definitely recommended!

Family Vacation 2024

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house! Being right on the beach was great and very secluded which made for a peaceful stay. We saw wild horses everyday and some came right up to the fence around the pool. The house was very clean and felt like our home away from home! Will plan on visiting again very soon :)

Wild Paradise

Beautiful wild area. 4 x 4 beaches were a thrill! Loved the wild horses! House was very comfortable and a plus to have our own private pool and hot tub! Pure relaxation with beauty all around! So nice to be off a crowded beach!

This was an excellent place to stay. Home was clean unbelievable views just amazing. If I had a negative it would be a soundbar for the TV is needed. Also 4x4 is highly necessary in order to get to property you will travel on beach and sand. Don't forget to Air Down your tires or you will get stuck. That's the good & bad!! you will love it!!

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed for a week to end our summer before the kids go back to school. The property was well maintained, had everything we needed and communication with the host was wonderful. Everything was exactly as described. The pool was such a great feature because one day the beach was just too hot to be comfortable and have the kids play. There were plenty of games and movies to also keep the kids entertained. We had an overall amazing experience at this property.

Wonderful beach home,so much to enjoy

The house was beautiful. We did have trouble locating it as the mile marker for our turn over the dunes was absent. There were horses to enjoy watching every day but one, the upper deck was stellar for spending time sitting out, taking in the views, the walk to the beach over the dunes required energetic walking which was fun. We thoroughly enjoyed this whole experience.

My only complaints are there wasn't a second refrigerator like most beach houses (for drinks, etc) and that we couldn't see the 4th of July fireworks from the deck because the house Nextdoor blocked the view. However, when the AC went out on the second floor, the rental company was REALLY FAST to bring portable units until the service man could get there in 48 hours...communication was wonderful and I highly recommend this company again!

Good vacation

Great location for beach, and great views from the house. Saw the wild horses almost every day. Inside pictures very accurate. House was clean and in good shape. Pool was a great addition. Only negative was there were a good amount of bugs(midges) and spiders on the outside and exterior of house could use some attention. Overall though very happy with the rental and would recommend to others.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful week at Finding Sandity. The house was exactly as advertised. The wild horses roamed freely and we seen them throughout the week. One day they literally came right up to the pool fence grazing. We also got to see sea turtle eggs being buried (the sea turtle volunteers moved the original nest due to the likelihood of survival, and a 5ft shark caught right in front of our house. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to be back soon in the future.
