Cette maison est situïżœïżœe sur le tronçon de plage oĂč les voitures qui passent, seront dĂ©viĂ©es du cĂŽtĂ© des dunes de la plage. Cela signifie que les voitures seront DERRIÈRE les gens sur la plage. Les dates pour le "changement de voie" sont du Memorial Day au Labor Day et de 9h Ă  17h.

C’est le bord de mer Ă  son meilleur: de superbes vues Ă  tous les niveaux de cette luxueuse demeure situĂ©e juste derriĂšre la dune au bord de l’ocĂ©an. Trois espaces de vie crĂ©ent de multiples options pour vos vacances en famille. Seaside propose un hĂ©bergement haut de gamme avec six chambres Ă  coucher, six salles de bain complĂštes et deux salles d'eau. Les installations comprennent une immense piscine privĂ©e, un bain Ă  remous, une table de billard, une machine Ă  glaçons, un deuxiïżœïżœïżœme rïżœïżœfrigĂ©rateur complet, plusieurs systïżœïżœmes de cinĂ©ma maison, un deuxiĂšme lave-vaisselle, une veille des navires et le wifi.

Vous trouverez de nombreuses façons de vous dĂ©tendre Ă  n’importe quel niveau de cette maison merveilleusement amĂ©nagĂ©e. Le niveau trois propose des siĂšges en cuir somptueux, un systĂšme de home cinĂ©ma avec son haute dĂ©finition 42 pouces HDTV et une cuisine bien Ă©quipïżœïżœe avec deux lave-vaisselle. La suite principale Ă  ce niveau dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision intelligente de 40 pouces avec lecteur DVD, d'un bain Ă  remous et d'une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an de chaque point de vue. En montant un demi-escalier, vous trouverez la montre du navire pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. Profitez d'une partie de poker ou d'un casse-tĂȘte.
Le niveau deux s'ouvre dans une salle confortable avec des siĂšges confortables et plus d'options de divertissement, un Smartv 32 "avec DVD.
Trois chambres principales ont toutes un lit king size, une salle de bain privĂ©e et un accĂšs direct au pont. Les vues sur l'ocĂ©an sont toujours spectaculaires Ă  partir de ce niveau ... bleu ininterrompu! Mais si vous avez besoin de diversion, les deux rois face Ă  l’est ont 32 "Smartvs.

Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e comprend une salle de jeux avec table de billard, un bar, un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, un home cinĂ©ma 50 "HDTV avec son surround, une immense piscine privïżœïżœe (14x28), une demi-baignoire, une douche extĂ©rieure et un bain Ă  remous. Family Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. It was private and a quick walk to the beach. We watched the wild horses from the house every day. The layout of the house worked well for all of us. We would stay here again.

Breathtaking Views

The property was perfect for a large Family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook your meals. The pool and the Hot Tub was nice after a long day on the beach. I would bring lots of bottled water and ice for drinking and cooking. The Property Manager was excellent!

Seaside was perfect!

What a great experience all around! Laura was in constant contact as we asked questions about what we needed to bring for our 15 month old grand baby. Everything was just as we expected and then some. I have to say, it's wild driving on the sand! You truly need 4WD!!! The house is incredibly well stocked with everything you need in a kitchen to extra books (my 88 year old mom found a book she thoroughly enjoyed from the bookshelf) in the living room... floats in the pool and lots of chairs, boogie boards, toys... We loved having the beach just over the dune. We would drive our truck to the beach with all the tents, chairs and coolers. Others just walked up and over the dune back and forth as needed to the house because it's right there! We didn't use the pool much but we did have a girls day around the pool while the guys golfed. We do a family Olympics every year and it was fun to have the pool table in the basement. We incorporated that into our family competition for the week. And seeing the horses in various places throughout the week was pretty cool too. Thanks for having us and we highly recommend Seaside at Corolla!!

Great time, wonderful view

We absolutley loved this property. Had horses come right up to the fencing for the pool. Pool was nice, hot tub was fantastic. The people who we rented from were incredible. Easy to contact and talk to. Sadly we had to cut our vacation a day short because we weren't sure how things would be effected by Hurricane Ian. It was super windy and rainy. The beach driving was amazing, we had an f150, two jeeps, and a Kia. The only time we had trouble was during the storm on the way out. We definitely recommend.

This was an amazing experience. The property manager couldn't have been more helpful and the property was beautiful and had everytime we needed to have the most relaxing vacation ever. Highly recommend this beautiful and secluded location.

The house was nice, but needs to be updated. The walkway to the beach was a giant sand dune that had you had to climb up and then go down. I actually fell going down because it was kind of steep. Not sure if there can be anything done with that because of all the laws with sand dunes. We did have perfect weather and spent lots of family time which is the most important thing.

Great Experience

The location is beautiful--I thought that driving on the sand would be obnoxious, but the beach travel is a blast. The house is a two-minute walk from the beach--probably the most beautiful beach that I have been to in my (not particularly well-traveled life). Laura was incredibly responsive to our concerns. For example, the dryer went out immediately before our stay, and she promptly had it replaced with a new one. She always responded to my text messages within an hour or two. The house itself met our needs perfectly, with, most notably, a well-stocked open-concept kitchen, dining, and common area, and a deck with a beautiful view. Highly recommended!

Better Every Time

Love this house!! We have rented this property multiple times and it just gets better and better. Property manager is amazing, house is fully equipped and always clean. A short walk to the beach, and beautiful sunrises makes for the start to an amazing day. See you next year!!

Absolutely Perfect

We stayed here for our annual family vacation. 14 of us and we couldn't have been more comfortable. The house offers plenty of privacy in the layout, as well as a great amount of common space. The pool was the cleanest we've seen at a rental, and the pool company came twice during our stay to check on the condition - we were impressed! You can't beat the views or location - I miss waking up to dolphins & pelicans every morning with my coffee. The house literally has everything you need to prepare all meals and enjoy time your time at the beach (except beach towels - pack those!). Laura and David were incredibly helpful, provided quick responses and even gave on-the-spot directions to the house form the beach. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to go back!

Beautiful getaway!

Beautiful and spacious house, definitely "away from it all". Very responsive owner Laura, who took care of minor problem immediately. Pros: peace and quiet, sunrise AND sunset views were amazing, private pool and hot tub were awesome, loved the horses, 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators were great for large group. Cons: 2h traffic jam getting in (there are permanent signs warning of delays, so not a fluke), stores/restaurants are 30min away so not easy to go pick up supplies/food or go out to eat. If first time driving on 4x4 area, very rough on your vehicle due to deep ruts (even with AWD, our family got stuck, and it was a $400 tow bill. We watched people get stuck all week). Fantastic place with gorgeous weather, just be prepared to "rough it".

Perfect getaway

If you’re idea of paradise is watching wild horses and dolphins from your dining room table while being 10 steps from the beach, this is your house! Everything about the house and location was exactly what we were looking for. Things to keep in mind: *it is on a 4x4 area. You have to have 4 wheel drive and you have to deflate/inflate your tires. Takes some planning and thought process. Not hard. Just different. *driving on the beach is different. But it’s so relaxing to just be out there. * you’re 25 mins or so from a store *the bedroom/bathroom situation is amazing for large groups *great pool and hot tub *would not be a good house for people who can’t easily maneuver stairs *beach access is amazing *property manager is fantastic to work with *house is in great shape, well stocked kitchen and very clean *decks have amazing views If you’re on the fence and want to stay in this area, you won’t regret this house.

Another wonderful stay at seaside! Beautiful views, great weather and overall relaxing! When you're done at the beach, the pool and hottub are waiting to finish your day. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space for all. VERY helpful property management if you have questions about anything. Can't wait to come again next year!!

Great stay at Seaside

We had a wonderful time at Seaside. Our first vacation to the 4 x 4 beach area. Laura was helpful from the very beginning with answering questions so we could decide on a house and location. She continued to be a help throughout the time of planning to come, always answering quickly. We came into Seaside during some bad weather and she kept us up to date on the conditions and the best time to drive up the beach. We were able to contact her during our stay also. When does this woman get a break? The house was a great place for our family to enjoy being together and have some down time. We enjoyed looking out at the beach, walking on the beach, building sand sculptures, and hearing the ocean. We saw 3 of the horses while arriving at our home and saw them several times throughout our stay around the house and on the beach. The kids even saw the fall foal that had been born a few days before! Definitely would recommend this house and Carova Cottage Rentals. The house was comfortable and plenty of space to move around. They had dinnerware that was beach themed which my family loved. We had planned on using paper plates but ended up using these dishes most of the time. The kids loved the pool table. We all enjoyed sitting in the top floor living room playing games and being able to see the ocean at the same time. We hated to see our time come to an end. Many thanks to Carova Cottage Rentals, Laura and the cleaning crew for making our stay so wonderful.

Our Time went by waaaay to fast!

Our experience was fantastic we couldn’t ask for a better location or better experience. When we first arrived it was chaos at the beach entrance, we were told air down by everyone but we didn’t know where , and that you couldn’t at the beach entrance. We pulled over right before the pavement ended and a police officer kindly told us that if we don’t move we would be ticketed. So we attempted the drive full tire pressure. It was fun, I have a lifted Jeep Wrangler. The other people we were with had a grand Cherokee and it wasn’t as fun for them. The Ruts get really deep and causes lower clearance vehicles to bottom out. We were able to pull over a couple hundred yards onto the beach and air down. We saw several people stuck. When we first arrived we noticed a home being built right next door, we were instantly annoyed that we would be listening to hammering and banging all week long. Fortunately, work was at a stand still for most of our week. They only worked the last 2 days w were there. The house was perfect, the pool and hot tub were cleaned right before we arrived and they had it serviced half way through our stay as well. We ran out of propane our second to last night and Laura offered to run some out to us that same night. She was very accommodating. Any questions I had, I received a fast response. Wild horses showed up almost every day. People have to pay for a tour to see the horses, all we had to do was look out our windows. The only negative was the internet service is very slow. My wife and I have sprint and our service worked fairly well, but the people we were with who had Verizon and T Mobile didn’t have good luck. One of the people with us brought their laptop (with a hotspot) so they could do some work and they weren’t able to connect to do it..... what do you expect though?!? You are staying on the beach, right on the ocean. It was totally worth it House had everything you need, full kitchen , 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers , washer and dryer, bathroom in every room, multiple king beds, pool, hot tub, views, horses.... it was awesome! Our group has already discussed getting something on the books for next year, we will most likely be booking with them again.

Absolutely amazing week

I can honestly say this was the best vacation experience we’ve had in years. The location of the house being on the 4x4 beach was perfect. We typically stay in Nags Head each year, but our family truly enjoyed driving and parking down on the beach each day- we will for sure be returning. In the reviews people talked about how remote it is. I did not find it to be too far from essentials and a few beach shops. We felt like it was the perfect balance of a bit less crowded and remote, but close enough to town. I cannot express how beautiful the beach is and the oceanfront views from the house were stunning. Each night we either sat on the beach for dinner or hung out on our porch and watched the water. Mid week we had an issue with the water in the house turning brown. We contacted Laura and she had the water service guy out to us immediately. It took a few hours to resolve, but we were impressed with her swift response to our needs. We had no further problems with the water the rest of the week. The house was thoroughly cleaned upon arrival and we had no concerns regarding covid during the week. The beach is very covid friendly as people naturally social distance. We really could not have asked for a better vacation!

A wonderful time!

The house overall had met our expectations from what we read in the house description online. We were pleased with the house cleanliness, fully stocked kitchen, and extra items for the beach. The communication with Laura was top notch during the whole process, along with handling a recent tropical storm that came through. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Vacation

The house was great. Location is terrific. So nice to be able to easily walk back to the house for breaks from the beach. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Laura is nice to work with, very responsive, straightforward and helpful. We want to come back.

Amazing horse experience

She's not kidding when she says a 4WD vehicle is required. The beach can be sketchy depending on the time of day, traffic, and tide position. However, it was all worth it! The horses came by frequently to wander and munch. It's important to remember that they are, indeed, wild animals. The males are protective of their herd and the moms are protective of their babies. Don't be in the news. The cleaning team was not ideal, but Laura was responsive when we needed anything. I'll chalk it up to the virus, but hopefully she's able to find a better team. After an initial "touch-up", the house was lovely and suited our large group quite nicely. The washer and dryer were critical and the 2nd dishwasher was a great addition. There were plenty of places for the teens to hang out without invading the adults too much. ;-) Good for both. The beach was just over the dune and the pool was great when they were over the sand and the crowds. We could even watch a pod of dolphins from the upper deck! Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing week!

Ocean and horses

This is a nice vacation home. It was clean and equipped with everything we need. The ocean view was great. It was so neat to watch the wild horses roam around the home. What could be better than swinging on the porch swing looking at wild horses and the ocean. I had a wonderful peaceful vacation. I would stay here again.
