„The house itself was clean, which we appreciated. However, it was not ready at check in, as the cleaners were still there and didn’t leave until 3:40 pm.Upon arrival, there were no towels in the bathrooms. They were left in the hallway and definitely need to be replaced. The kitchen could use some upgrades. The cookware and supplies were very low quality, and the pans gave off a chemical smell when heated. There wasn’t a salad bowl. You don’t need a lot, just the essentials, but those basics ...

„We stayed here with friends for a youth sports tournament. The property was 15-25 minutes away from everything we wanted to go to. This was a great home-base, with plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the patio and gazebo in the morning for coffee and cocktails in the afternoon. The kids had plenty of space to spread out and the hot tub was a great addition. “

„Wasn’t what I expected. The grass was taller than me , yard very messy. Parking was atrocious being me and my husband are 100 disabled. Neighbor could go through gate where we stayed but we couldn’t go through gate in back. I won’t ever do this again. Who gets paid to take trash to street. Not me. Needs a lot of improvement.“

„Nice house in a family neighborhood in the Rancho Penasquitos section of San Diego, across the street from Mt Carmel HS. Parks and trails nearby and close access to freeways. House is large & clean, 3 bedroom 3 bath plus a living room converted into a sleeping space, and a large dining area and living room. All of the rooms look newly remodeled and have TVs.
