Village by the Beach Le B923, unité située au premier étage, occupe un logement de première classe sur la côte du golfe du Texas. Venez séjourner et profitez d’un des luxueux immeubles à louer Village by the Beach. Que vous recherchiez un week-end ou une semaine de vacances, vous adorerez le confort et la convivialité de ce complexe familial. Chaque unité est décorée sur mesure avec des intérieurs meublés et propose des aménagements de lit uniques et des commodités pour leurs invit��s. Mais il y a deux commodités que chaque client va adorer… 1. Le superbe emplacement, juste à côté de la plage et à 2. La piscine spectaculaire unique en son genre!

INTÉRIEUR
La cuisine à aire ouverte, le salon et la salle à manger sont parfaits pour recevoir et se divertir tout en préparant un repas en famille dans la cuisine bien équipée. Il y a amplement d'espace au bar de la cuisine et à la table pour tous vos invités. Après une longue journée au soleil et un bon repas, vous adorerez vous détendre et vous détendre dans le salon spacieux et confortable. Il y a un téléviseur à écran plat de bonne taille pour profiter du jeu aussi.
Au bout du couloir, vous trouverez la laveuse / sécheuse et la salle de bain complète avant de vous rendre dans la chambre d'amis. La chambre d'amis est livré avec deux lits queen size. Juste après la chambre d'amis se trouve la chambre principale avec une salle de bains privative et un lit king-size luxueux. Les deux chambres sont équipées d'une télévision à écran plat.

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable. ANIMAUX NON ADMIS

Family Weekend at the Beach

Family friendly property within walking distance to the beach. Was in town for a family party and decided to include a beach visit as well. Was nice to have the option to hang out poolside as well. We had a nice weekend!

We had the place right across from the pool entrance which was convenient, it did get loud in the late afternoon/evening with people playing music. Multiple groups playing different genres of music. It was a quick drive to the beach. Had the basics in the kitchen for cooking which was nice.

It’s very very clean, the beds are comfortable and the water pressure is really good. The washer and dryer work well and the clothes dry super fast. Lots of pots and pans and dishes to cook there, just remember to buy seasoning! :-)

Loved walking to the beach every day! We did notice that the dishwasher didn’t work and didn’t clean the dishes. The kids’ room has a broken bed and the other one seems like it might be a little unstable as well. The bottom of the toilet lids have gross stains on them. I would recommend replacing. My only other suggestion is to provide more toilet paper for people staying an entire week. All in all, the condo is was awesome, though; and we wished we could stay forever!

This was our second time at this condo and we enjoyed spending the holidays at the beach. It is a clean, comfortable rental in a great location. Customer service was great; very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend. Nothing too fancy but had everything needed to be comfortable and just a short walk to the beach.

We loved that it’s a family-friendly property and perfectly located by a pool, bbq grills and a short walk from the beach and drive from restaurants! There’s even a grocery store nearby! We definitely took advantage of the kids pools! Enjoyed dinner at La Palma Mexican and Rock and Rolls Sushi, which we would highly recommend.

Bought a Swiffer wet jet and mopped them. Living room furniture was in poor shape. A/C was good. Pool was suspect. Not sure if the dryer is vented to the outside. Beds were fine. It was relatively quiet. I wouldn't recommend this property.
