Sunshine Shack - 2 chambres, en ville, chien accepté, proche plage !

  • The Sunshine Shack is a bright and welcoming 2-bedroom, 1-bath detached cottage in the heart of Port Aransas. While it's tucked away in a quiet enclave, it is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and other attractions and is only a few blocks from the beach. Inside, you'll find a colorful and spacious living/dining area off of a large kitchen that has what you need to cook the catch of the day. There is a covered deck out front to relax and enjoy the Gulf breezes. The two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combination. Each bedroom has a king bed and plenty of closet space. In the hall is a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. Please bring your preferred laundry detergent.

    Outside, you'll find a large patio for enjoying the gulf breezes and a fenced SHARED yard that is shared by the complex for your four-legged friends to use. We've just added a shared breezeway for the complex with covered seating and a game area. It's a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.

    This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. We charge a $50 pet fee per dog (covers entire stay) and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. Unreported dogs will result in a $200 fee, and may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement for the entire reservation.

    Cable television and wireless internet is included with your stay. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the cottage for you to park your vehicles. Any additional cars, boats or trailers will need to be parked on the street.

    The Sunshine Shack is part of a five-unit property, so additional units can be rented to accommodate larger groups. Please contact us for details or with assistance in booking multiple units.

Very nice location whataburger literally across the street big bonus host was very nice and welcoming and very close to beach and pretty much everything on a golf cart.and a big bonus was the welcome they had for our frenchie isla she had a blast

Overall great place right in town! Walkable to everything! The only feedback I have is the property says dog friendly, which it was but in the photos what appears to be the backyard for pets is actually a shared space without a fence. Again overall great place

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great; very close to the beach and shops, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The home was pet-friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked great, which was really appreciated. The host was also very communicative and responsive during our stay.While there were a couple of small suggestions /recommendations shared directly with the host, they did not take away from our overall experience. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a convenient location. We would recommend.

This spot is the perfect location for your stay in Port Aransas. It's conveniently located in the center of town and is in walking distance to everything. My family and I truly enjoyed this property and will definitely stay again as well as recommend it to family and friends. Great choice:)

The check-in process was incredibly easy. The host was always available via message. They kept in touch with us and responded quickly. We had a drainage issue in the evening and they fixed it by next day asap. Stepping in, the unit was very clean and cool (the days were very hot so that was a huge plus). They were pet friendly, which was a big deal for us (we didn’t smell any other pet smells). The stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer worked great. Enjoyed using the spacious dining table. We used the hose outside to spray down any sand/debris. Overall, would highly recommend our stay with others. Thank you for letting us stay. We were blessed with a good time at Port Aransas.

Location is amazing! We jad all of the essentials. Close to shops and all of the activities in town. Also, super close to the beach. Owners are amazing and easy to get in touch with! We had a great time; thank you!

We loved the Sunshine Shack!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our lab loved it also! Cute, clean, comfortable house, great central location, with excellent communication with property managers. We will definitely stay again when we get the chance!!
