While you will be underwhelmed with the neighborhood and lack of elevator, upon entering you will see the unit is completely updated with nice furniture and decor, beds are comfortable, and the view includes the ocean and pool. The showers are all large and newly tiled. Sheets, towels are good quality. Bring an extra blanket there isn’t an extra beyond an accent throw in living room. Plenty of bath towels but no beach towels.
There is a regular coffee machine but no k cup. The pantry is bare, salt and pepper only so bring Pam, cooking oil, ect.
The only downsides are small items that could be repaired. The master bathroom bar door can come off the track and one can get locked into the bathroom from the inside. The living room remote control for Netflix, Prime, does not fully work. After 3 days they sent someone who didn’t replace it, it was the last day of our stay so it didn’t matter. The shower pole in the master bath is rusty. There is not a full set of silver wear, we are most meals with a mix of the smaller forks and a few large. There is no cutting board, people have used the plates to cut as an outcome. One of the primary double doors in the living room is broken and a sign hangs on the glass. Again things could be repaired and bring this place to five stars.
The management was responsive, and friendly.
The beaches in this area have tar in the sand, baby oil or other body oils can help remove. The beach and pool, are nice and clean.
