Impressive

We did a 3 night stay and were impressed with the property. It was the perfect size for our family of four. Nice beds for the kids and a spacious master suite. No cable or satellite, so keep that in mind. Absolutely can’t beat the location and we’ll be back!

Loved this place!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. We were able to cook and have meals as well as play games at the big table. It was super close to the pool and an easy golf cart ride to the beach. We will be back!

Nice Property, but had difficulties

Once we were inside the property, it was rather nice and clean. My rating overall is reflective of the challenges that we faced waiting 4 hours to enter the property and our golf cart not being available/ given away. Given the reviews and recommendations I expected a much different/ better experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experiences especially since there was no credit or anything given for our family’s inconvenience.

The perfect family getaway!

From the moment we arrived until our departure, this place proved to be an absolute paradise for our family. The location was perfect - walking distance to the fitness center and Seaside pool and only a short golf cart ride for everything else. The condo itself was immaculate and spacious. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Since we never pack light, we appreciated it being on first floor and loved having a covered patio to sip coffee and watch the neighbors ride by. The kitchen had just about anything we needed - dishes, cups, two types of coffee pots, blender, toaster, pots/pans, you name it. The bedrooms were very comfy with wonderful lines and pillows. I was shocked with how large the master bed/bath were. This was great since we had a crib for the little one. Property management was great and very responsive the whole time. The whole process of checking in and out was so easy. In summary, this condo was nothing short of perfect and we will absolutely be coming back for another visit.

We have stayed at the Palmilla property before and loved the stay but unfortunately did not meet the same expectations we experienced prior. The air conditioning went out the first night leaving us waiting till 10:45 at night to have it fixed with a one year old asleep and the house at 85 degrees. The ice maker was broken along with the refrigerator not staying cool enough for food. The stove top also only worked a handful of times for us. It has a sensor for a pan needing to be on the top of it which we had done.. but still would not heat the entire time. I was also informed prior to our stay when messaging the resort asking for beach towels they would be provided and upon arrival they were not leaving us to have to leave to purchase some after flying into town. One light was also flashing in the bathroom when turned on.. I told the staff about this and it was never fixed.

Good enough

Master bath /bed were nice except the handles were hard to turn on and one of the hot water handles wouldn't budge at all, No trash bags in kitchen so had to go out and get some, no place to leave your sandy shoes except at the door or outside, which the door doesn't close all the way but it does lock but you can feel warm air come through which is not energy efficient, otherwise it's a good place for a family of 4.

We have stayed in this condo 2 years now. Last year was great but had a couple of issues this year. We got a call the morning of check in and the kitchen sink had fallen through. We decided to come anyway because we were already 6 hours from home and were having a family reunion at Palmilla. They propped up the sink but we were hesitant to use it much. So far, no compensation has been given although they said they would. The condo itself is nice and we enjoyed the 1st floor. Will rent it again if we return next year.

Great place!

We would give it a 4.5 STARS! Was very nice- only complaint would be front door kinda wonky to lock. Parking wasn’t amazing as we drive a big truck. Super clean, quiet, comfy beds, great shower… will be back!

Nice Condo but horrible Palmilla management

We enjoyed the condo. It was our third time there. Also, Vacasa was very helpful for a maintenance issue. However, the management of Palmilla has been consistently lacking. This trip, we were given short notice that the road in front of the condo would be torn out. This should have been performed in the winter, not right before a busy weekend. The noise was atrocious. The restaurant situation seems to change each time we come there. Very inconsistent. We are going to stay elsewhere next time.

Palmilla

Home was nice and comfy. Lots of construction going on, so was not able to park in front of unit due to workers. Someone was usually in our assigned lot in back of unit, so we had to park elsewhere.
