We stay at the Aransas Princess every year for our end of summer beach trip, the location/property/views can’t be beat! This unit was great, with nice beds for the adults and the kids. Everything was great, can’t wait until next year’s visit!

Beautiful condo and great location

This is the cutest condo with amazing ocean views. A well stocked kitchen and lots of room for all of us. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great and the pool weren’t heated. But we had fun anyway!

So happy to be back at this awesome location

We love this condo community. The pools are amazing, cleaned daily and perfect temperature! The boardwalk straight to the beach is so convenient. Having a designated parking spot is really nice. This condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. We loved having the extra living area and the excess of beds was great for our family of 6. The AC worked great and it was a quiet location with great views and easy access to both pools and tennis courts. Will definitely be back!

Under construction

When we arrived we found that only one elevator was working, the hot tub was under repair for most of our stay and we did NOT have boardwalk access to the beach. Being able to walk to the beach was a big part of why I chose this property. It should have been communicated to me. It is advertised as having a boardwalk to the beach and it was clearly still under construction and will be for quite awhile. This fact should have been communicated and given me an option to book somewhere else. It added extra costs for our vacation that I had not planned for - I also did not prep my car to have to be on the beach. It definitely changed how we spent our time.Location was great - beautiful sunrise.

Quick Weekend Getaway

This was our first time visiting Port A. Easy check in at front desk. Condo was surprisingly big and had pretty ocean front view. We had our two teenage boys and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Pools were nice. We mostly stayed at the one on the right side of the property, the one in the center was quite full most of all the time. Beach was clean and just overall beautiful views around the condos (golf course view on the other side of condominium). Wish we would could have stayed longer and will definitely consider staying at the Aransas Princess again.

Pool Closed TVs not working

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll start by saying that the unit is absolutely beautiful. Aransas Princess is our go to spot in Port A. We booked this unit on Wednesday and specifically asked if the pool was open and were told it was. When we checked in we were told that the city ordered it to be closed on Friday at midnight. Although this was out of the control of the owner and management, we should have received a courtesy call Friday morning before traveling 4 1/2 hours and finding out at check in. Aside from this, only 1 out of 4 TVs worked. I called the office and was told that nothing could be done. Having 3 kids in a condo with no pool and no TV was extremely disappointing. Our stay was overall only satisfactory compared to our past visits. The staff seemed to not care about the inconveniences which was out of the ordinary compared to our past stays.
