« The property was centrally located so that every place I needed to get to was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. I had to check-in after 7 pm and Daniel provided easy and clear instructions to check myself in. I also had to check-out really early, and Daniel again was very helpful in setting up a 4 am taxi pickup on a Sunday morning. Staying at this place made me feel like I was renting out a nice little apartment in the center of Florence! Would definitely stay here again,...
« What a great hotel to stay in. In a great spot in Florence old town close to restaurants shopping ponte Vecchio Bridge. Very strong customer service from all the employees. The rooms are nice comfortable with strong air conditioning, which is not the case in every hotel in Italy. Only small recommendation would be to improve the breakfast. »
