„We really enjoyed our stay at the RedRoan ranch bungalow outside Cortez, CO. It was absolutely perfect for myself, wife and our 2 puppy dogs. The bungalow was immaculately clean, bright, tastefully decorated, had everything needed and was comfortable. Tom and Karly were wonderful hosts and even handled a couple special requests for us. We enjoyed watching the horses and cattle and the location just a few miles outside Cortez was great - only about a 7 or 8 minute drive to get to numerous ...

„Although it’s a rural home it was close to both Durango and Mesa Verde National Park, with several good food options in town and surrounding areas. Close enough for a day trip to Telluride and Monument Valley, Shiprock and Four Corners… had everything we needed and more…“

„This little place is super cute and SO easy to stay in. The light switches and drawers all included labels, so finding things was really simple. Lots of really cool pine countertops, tables and shelves (if you appreciate quality woodwork). The location was quiet and pastoral, but only a few miles from Cortez and its assortment of restaurants. If I ever head to Mesa Verde again - which I may - this will be my first choice.“

„We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is big, beautiful, super clean, and has so many nice little extras—yoga mats, books, hiking, and tons of natural light. It honestly has everything you’d ever need in a home (and then some!). Such a comfortable and welcoming place, we’d definitely stay again. It is a bit of trip from town, but that is part of its charm as you can view the Canyons of the Ancients National Monument from the backyard! “

„Absolutely amazing place to stay. Love the view. The property was spotless clean. All that you need for a couple day stay. We had severe thunderstorms during our stay and the sound of the rain lulled us to sleep. We felt completely safe. Definitely an experience. Would highly recommend. “

„What a delightful stay! The yurt was cozy, well-equipped, and stargazing from the top bunk was magical. Craig and his family were communicative, friendly and made sure we were all set for our short stay. You can hear cows and ducks at night — charming to me, slightly less so to my light-sleeping husband. Still, we’d come back in a heartbeat and happily recommend the Scrappy Duck Farm. It's nearby Fenceline Cider in town and a short drive to Mesa Verde (we could even see the yurt using binoculars ...

Suburban Studios near Mesa Verde

"Wir buchen das Suburban, bekamen aber ein Zimmer im hinteren Teil .....dem anliegenden Quality Inn. ....welches wir nicht buchten......auch auf Nachfrage wurde es nicht geändert , was uns sehr enttäuschte. .......obwohl wir sehr zeitig vor Ort waren, die Zimmer schienen nicht belegt, war es scheinbar überbucht ..... Schade......Zimmer soweit trotzdem OK, Frühstück auch...... enttäuscht trotzdem "
