Coastal One Bedroom Cottage with AC in peaceful Costa Mesa

This thoughtfully crafted and cozy one bedroom guest house is just 8 minutes from the beach! A short drive to Disneyland, South Coast Plaza and John Wayne airport. With easy access to freeways and the iconic Pacific Coast Highway. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this is a perfect spot for someone looking to relax in between their Southern California adventures.

This unit has 1 bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, a living/dining room, and a kitchen. It has a queen sized bed and daybed in the bedroom and an oversized couch in the living room.

While the listing is for 3 guests, we welcome families with little ones who wouldn't mind sleeping on the daybed or couch.

Our property has 3 separate units as well as an Airstream in the backyard. This listing is for unit C only.
We are a family of 4 with a dog and rabbit that live on the property and are personally handling the remaining renovations with great care and attention. The other units and the airstream are used for housing guests or family, but all units are detached from one another and allow full privacy to each guest.

We please ask all guests to park on the street. Please be aware of street sweeping signs when parking.

Please help keep the neighborhood quiet by respecting our 9 pm noise curfew. We will politely remind you if this policy is not being met.

There is a strict no pet and no smoking/vaping policy as well. Breaking this policy will result in an excess cleaning fee of $250.

Guests have full access to check in/out privately, but please let us know if you need help with anything during your stay. We are happy to help.

At the moment guests are allowed to access Unit C only. All exterior spaces and other units are currently private. We are working towards providing a private outdoor space for Unit C in the near future.

Other things to note
The ceilings are a bit lower than typical. It’s a single sloped ceiling, with the low end being right above 6’. The shorter end is where we’ve placed the seated areas, so it really doesn’t affect walkability throughout the unit. All walking areas are at least 6.5/7’ heights, and all the doorways are standard height.

At the moment all exterior spaces are limited to our family. However, we are working on providing private outdoor patio spaces for our guests.
