„The flat is well located near beach and sea. There is plenty of parking around the block if you come by car. The market is 10 minutes walk for shopping. A well appointed flat for two people.“

„The apartment needs a coat of paint where the paint has been rubbed off on some doors and the walls in places. The bottom of the shower unit leaked causing water to go on the bathroom floor. The space around the bed in the main bedroom is rather tight and the wood frame expands into the limited space. We could have lived with these small problems but the noise from the flat above was awful and went on late into the night so we were unable to sleep. It sounded like furniture being dragged ...

„Wir haben jede Minute genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert ist der Strand in Albufeira, die Restaurants"O Bispo" und "Lisboa Vista"(ein ausgemusterter Ausflugsdampfer am Pier) in Seixal und ein Ausflug nach Evora. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wäre die Straße vor dem Haus weniger befahren, dann wäre es zwar angenehmer gewesen aber weniger authentisch. Lissabon ist nun mal ein sehr quirrlige Stadt die absolut sehenswert ist. Wenn man sich mit der Metro auch mal aus dem "harten Kern" ...

„I spent nearly a month in this little apartment. It was very comfortable, charming in 'sailing motif' decore and well equiped with great wifi, smart tv, A/C, decent kitchen and dining set-up.But the real joy was the location and view. the huge patio doors for both bedroom and living room opend to an amazing view of Sesimbra coastline. “

„We stayed here for two weeks while we waited for our long term rental to be ready. We had our dog, Oskar, and we all had a fabulous stay. First, the flat is very comfy and has all the basics to enjoy a short or longer stay. The addition of a washer is a huge plus. The owner is incredibly responsive, and if you’re lucky enough to meet her in person you will have made a friend for life!!The area around the flat is fantastic. „This flat is a gem!! Fantastic location, clean space, super comfortable bed, all the basics needed for self catering if you want, and loads of hot water for the awesome shower. You are within a 10-15 minute walk of most of the historic district, 5 minutes from Parque Bonfim, and 10 minutes from the bus terminal. Do yourself a favor and walk around the corner to the small park and have a pizza at the cafe. It’s fabulous. We highly recommend this property!!“
