« The room was adequate and very well organized. The bathroom could use another hook to hold a bag. The check in desk clerk was not nice & needs hospitality training.
The bartender & waitstaff in the restaurant were superb! Their manners were impeccable.
The parking is very uniquely designed under the building which was extremely convenient. The location is close to and a 5 minute walk to the Hard Rock Hotel, but so much more manageable . I will definitely stay here again »

« Room and bathroom were very clean.
AC worked fine.
The hotel has no check-in/out staff. All communications occur electronically. However, check-in is clearly communicated and easy and straightforward.
Parking was fine. EV accommodations are provided. »

« Front desk is very rude. I will not go back there when I return to Destin. I also stopped housekeeping in hall tipped them bc was suppose to freshen up room. Nope nothing done and kept the money. Oh well checked out early and still enjoyed vacation. »
