„House was very clean and well appointed. We loved the patio area and kitchen area. House is well located and we loved walking to the restaurants and shops. The large fan in the cactus room is a bit intense. We wanted to have it on for white noise but it was very loud and powerful.The extras in the bathroom are a nice touch. We would come back to this rental and will recommend to others. Thank you for sharing your vacation rental with us.“

„Great home with lots of amenities in a quiet neighborhood and awesome location! Bedrooms have super comfortable beds, blackout curtains and tvs. Outdoor space is amazing — we loved stargazing from the hot tub. Cold plunge and sauna made it feel like we were at a spa! Our teens loved the game room and spent hours playing pool and foosball. The house is a few minutes from Old Town Cottonwood (and Sedonuts) and not too far from red rocks and Sedona. Highly recommend! “

„Cool house. Perfect for 2 couples and maybe some kids (King, Queen, and 2 twins I think). Location is very close to downtown Cottonwood so you could walk if the weather was good. I feel that the 160 cleaning fee was a bit high given the size but wouldn't be so bad if it had been a longer stay. Would definitely come back here for a longer stay with friends.“
