« Hotel is overpriced, a bit dated, old carpet with stains…. Rooms are very small due to the nature of the building. Worst of all was the michelin star restaurant that served a 1000$ meal with undercooked fish and only thing was an apology and free desert to compensate for 3 fishes completely undercooked. Rest of our stay we dined outside and is not worth any michelin star.
Breakfast is very nice however. »

« Room was spacious and clean.
It started raining while we were there. This created a lot of noise from the rain hitting a metal plate along the edge of the window, Rattling noise all night.
Staff was also not very good with english so communication was challenging.
Free laundry was nice.
Breakfast included was good. »

« Clean, spacious room. Housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs. The staff knew enough English for check in and to store our luggage after check out, but were not overly helpful (did not tell us about the amenities/services at the hotel, did not offer to help with car service, etc). Very close to M10. »
