„he heck-in started on a sour note, when we arrived at 3:00 after a long trip, there was nobody at the desk. We hunted around, and found somebody in the laundry room. We were reminded that Check-in is not until 4:00 pm, and it stated that on our booking. REALLY. Out of 100's of bookings, I have never been told I could not check-in at 3:00.
