Perfect hotel, not too far from the beach, breakfast buffet was reasonable. Reception desk staff were really polite and attentive. Would recommend.

Great location Management need to sort out / update washroom / toilet as it’s really run down very old !!! Stuffs are good and helpful Will comeback again

Check in time is 2 pm but I got room at 4 pm. Their services are poor. They even don't know how to welcome a guest. Price is too much according to a room. Old fashion washroom. They even don't know how to goodbye a guest.

The ocean view was nice and the proximity to the beach. I enjoyed the A/C room. The ambiance of the interior balconies was very peaceful.

Bed was really sh**t could not sleeping at all the whole 3nights because it was making noise.No one came to clean I told them to clean the room.even though when I told them to send house keeping to check the electricity because there was electricity line problem.they assured me that there be someone within a minute but no one showed up until I went to the reception for the second time and told them again that I living in cave right after paying in this 21st century.

Hotel room was advertised with Hill view in the TITLE while the room only had a view with buildings! Wrong description was given! I chose that room for the view! When I complained to front desk, they said they no longer has rooms with hill view at all due to new buildings being constructed. Yet, they failed to apologise or compensate me for my loss! They were also very unprofessional in their response!

Even I show them my confirmation from the app hotel.com still they did not check me in more than 2-3 hours which I end up booking from another app while already they deducted the money already Bad service from both hotel website and this hote They charged me and didn’t check me in with excuse manager not here to check you reservation …..!

Had a great time.
Courteous, friendly. Listens. Little problem with booking and payments, but was solved. Room was great and restaurant. Hotel is good looking. Nice people and hotel.

This is the worst hotel on the hotel row. They showed me to my room and immediately i can smell mold. The bed sheets were stained and wrinkled as if some one just checked out and they just made the bed with out changing the sheets. I asked the housekeeper and he said some one spilled "oil". The lobby bathroom floor was submerged in water. The rooms in the picture belong to another hotel. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Our all rooms are smoking allowed rooms and in super busy dates when the guests back to back check-out and check-in the room smoking smell has some times. but without changing the bedsheet made the bed, it's not our hotel standard. you make a reservation for 03 nights and facing a lot of problems when you stay in our hotel, you did not make any complaints about the room and facilities. We try our best to solve the problem if you bring it to us. We at Hotel Kollol, strong focus on customer satisfaction and are glad that we could live up to your expectations. We are glad that, we could bring a smile to both your faces and could live up to your expectations. Once again thank you and we are looking forward to serving you again in the near future.

good location. near to the beach. the reception manager helps a lot. he called a CNG and negotiated the prices. but it is not good the restaurant manager made unnecessary help and demanded tip.
