„Bed looking like they never pulled up the blankets underneath so it looked all bunched up at the foot of the bed under the bedspread, made me question if sheets were changed. No trash bags in any can. Lighted mirror didn’t work. People left door screaming all night til 3am and they did nothing by about it. I have stayed here a few times and each time it’s always something. Staff this time around seemed very cold and robotic. I felt uncomfortable“

„Had I known the pool was closed, I never would have booked this hotel. Upon arrival, we found dirty sheets on both the main bed and the pull-out couch, which was completely unacceptable. „We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.“
