« My only complaint is being taken advantage of when I had a last minute schedule change due to a baby arriving 3 days early. I would understand paying an inconvenience fee, but paying for nights I’m not using, on top of the charges for the stay, is a little ridiculous. I know it’s a corporate issue, not a location issue, but it will make me look to other hotel chains from now on. Corporate needs to do better. As far as the location goes, it was a great stay with friendly, helpful staff. »

« Dirty noisy you have to was your own towels. No breakfast. Coffee sucks. Key card kept messing up had to keep getting it fixed. Smells like smoke in the entire hotel. Stair well full of people. Lots of traffic in and out of the hotel. »

« Could never get a person to answer the front desk. When we asked for late check out, they were resistant and made the request feel difficult. When we were checking out, we asked if they were full and they commented not at all, so I didn’t understand why us asking for an hour later checkout was an issue. The staff was rude in every encounter. »

« I would not recommend staying here. The room was not clean—the floors hadn’t been mopped, and walking barefoot left my feet black. The shower was also dirty, and there was dried residue on the stove. I didn’t use the kitchen as there were no pots, pans, or even a kettle available upon request. Everything felt old and worn. The chairs at the small table were badly damaged, with ripped vinyl and exposed foam, making them uncomfortable to sit on. This is a very basic budget hotel and not suitable...

« Room smelled terrible until ran ac half hour,room was decent and for where located next to I-35 was actually quiet overall ok but for price could have not smelled and been cleaner, that being said I would stay again Staff was great »

« Large ants, sharp metal sticking up in the pull out, carpet coming up, tvs didn’t work, no place to hang your towels in the bathroom, vent cover coming off, rude children running up and down the hallways, shower not clean, blood (?) stained curtains, heavy drug activity both seen in the parking lot, and smelled in the hallways. »

« The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff was cooperative and courteous. There were a lot of young kids on the weekend staying at the hotel and the staff was constantly replenishing fresh breakfast, but, one person could have intermittently checked and cleaned the sitting area as well. Just a suggestion. Otherwise everything was great. »

« place could definitely use a deep clean. smell was a bit off and rooms had a must scent. thin sheets, but luckily brought my own blanket from home. breakfast was the exact same every day and wasnt worth me paying extra to stay here over motel 6 down the street. staff was super nice tho. id consider again if i just need a place to sleep and shower kinda thing but wouldnt count on the breakfast. wasnt something i could enjoy daily on my 1 week stay. « This place is affordable for a family traveling with children. It's nice that it has a kitchen but there was no trash can in the kitchen or the restroom nor soap anywhere. This place didn't have pots and pans for cooking either which youd figure they would provide since they have a kitchen. It's a very outdated hotel but you can tell they are remodeling. There's no staff on hand from night to morning. There are odor issues in the hallways and elevator. I would still stay here again because...
